For some reason I don’t see the last member of the South Town team being a girl, much less some female delinquent. I mean why would Geese be with some random delinquent, Billy fills that role just fine. Besides we already have plenty of female newcomers, it wouldn’t be a tragedy to have one less

That would work if Southtown was in japan. An american femal delinquent wouldn’t look like that. Here’s hoping that this may be the debut of the first black female character in KOF.

I don’t think it’s sexist from a business perspective. You would want to have around a 50/50 ratio of male / female if you want to cater to both audiences. Naturally this cannot be ideally realized as there will be males who pick females and vice versa. I wouldn’t see it as a limit to how many “X” characters there are but rather that it is in around the same boundaries as the other gender as Insurance. But as it is now the roster is around 27 males to 32 (5 characters possible) to 17 possibly 22 females. Brazillian Ninja, Cyborg Boxer, Pillow Child, Newcomer Prisoner and new Southtown Character are viable to both genders at this point. It wouldn’t hurt to make any of them female as the roster is currently in favor of male characters ratio wise.

Having no connection to any king of fighter characters just looking at that picture, Tizoc, Chang and Mai’s titties are the only ones that stand out to me. I am not a fan of their character design for the most part, nothing wrong with them, just not what I find visually appealing.
So going into this game I am hoping that Brazilian Ninja and Cyborg Boxer are dope, or some of those female characters I know nothing about have dope designs because not too excited by what was seen thus far… (oh the chic with the peoples elbow)
Guess it wasn’t a good decision for me to start with KOF XIII then, as I never played a single KOF game prior to that
