501 damage corner combo, with super.

CC > 236HP > 236HP > 236HP > 236236HP

Boring combo though :\

one thing I immediately noticed about her is lack of ANY move using the baton…she just kinda…holds it o_O

people were mentioning her terrible range…which…yes…she does have pretty bad range other than her s.C and CD but her s.C and f.C are RIDICULOUSLY fast… also IIRC her s.C has better range (and recovers nicely to boot) than most CC starters which makes CC with her very practical. Her bigest problem is probably the fact that outside the corner, her damage is pretty terrible and I think her steps are fairly mediocre

on a side note…curse SNK for their absolutely shitty move list and the fact that I had to figure out half the stuff on my own (like kensou’s rekkas and the fact that you have to mash punches for his DP+P)

Midscreen CC (kinda tough though)

CC, CD, qcf_c, qcf+b, Qcf+a, qcf+b, qcf+a, qcf+b, super Forgot how much damage it does, but it’s a tom.

In the corner
CC , CD, qcf+c (x2), CD, qcf+c, qcf+a, super, qcf+a Again forgot the damage value, but it’s a FUCKTON

you can do the top one with out the qcf+b you can just do running qcf+as…

Also people should really be posting the damage on things at least an approximation to make sure they are doing something that is worth attempting versus something people have already posted.

I forgot but both did at least half. The corner one did more than half IIRC

Elisabeth CC Corner= 600-621. I am sure about this. 524-600 with out super.

Secondly, does this midscreen CC equal 450-500dmg?:

CC, CD, qcf_c, qcf+b, Qcf+a, qcf+b, qcf+a, qcf+b, super

It looks way too difficult. Even with dashes there’s no way for me to do this consistently. If it does about 500-550, I will practice it though.

481 on Iori. It’s tough but worth it. The trick is pseudo-buffering the qcf+a during the dashes.

This CC>236C>jump>j.CD>236C>SUPER does about 450 with out the run around. You can add a sweep or a CD too. Is the 30 extra dmg points worth the effort.

but I would like to note that I posted almost the same combo just a while ago sans the cd or the qcf+b and it does 482 without the cd
srsly guys just do qcf+c run qcf+a, run qcf+a, super or run qcf+a… with super does 482 without it does 369

to be honest I don’t think we should be doing any CC with super that does ANY less than 500 especially since not only does she have a good super, it’s her only source of good damage mid-screen via

(jump in attack optional) s.C or D xx CD xx 236B xx super
for something around 350 damage where her normal combos other wise do sub 200 (both figures without jump-ins)

I think the only way to make supers really viable in CCs is if it pops them up in the beginning so you can add more on the end(shen has this), if it can replace an other-wise poor damage move (chin) or if it can just be added at the end with no change (elizabeth’s corner combo). This isn’t to say that we shouldn’t be using the super in the CC, but just anything less than 500 damage is pretty terrible

FOr the corner one I made a mistake in writing it.

It’s actually, CC starter, CD, qcf+c (x3), CD, qcf+c, super, qcf+a For like 605 damaga I believe on Iori

Also, I’ve been trying to make blockstrings and such and go figure she’s lacking. But she does benefit in the form of the move that allows her to continue pressure (her dash) can make opponents hesitant about throwing our pokes.

The block string I use is cr.b (x2), cr.a

  • If It hits, do qcf+a or super
  • If it’s blocked you can do a forward dash and do it again, or dash in and throw/command grab
  • dash forward then backward or vice versa to mess with them and do what ever you must to keep pressure

If youre pressuring your opponent in the corner and just so happen to land a jumping cd some kinda way you can juggle with qcf+c, quper, qcf+a for 425 damage. Pretty solid damage off a lucky hit. Just something to add to the pile…

Man, ELizabeth’s mixup game is so simple but so effective. And it surprisingly allow for a bit of creativity.

Comboing into command grab is the new sex and since it’s untechable you get a free ambiguous crossup opp. When she recovers the screen is still shaky so use that to take like have a step forward and you can cross them up with b and land and combo cr.b, cr.a, command gran and set up the situation again. I just made up a lot of strings /mixups. Wish I could just record them cuz I’m not in the mood to write a book right now. Also running command grab is the SUPER SEX!

GOOD FIND! I so replaced my corner combo with that. At the end instead of the last slash, you can reset with cr.c and cancel that into a forward dash and either low jump b,cr.b,cr.a, commabd grab, or gow lo, ot just go for the throw, ot do her counter thingy, or backdash and let them whiff something. They should be dead if you land one of the mixups though.

not sure if anyone knows this but you can cancel her dashes with command grab so you can jab xx 236B xx 632146C

the best part…her command dash is a teleport if they try to hit you, and you’ll be canceling the dash with command grab before you’re completely vulnerable…so this makes her grab pretty darn good…seems to have good range too
another nifty thing with this is that you can do 63214A, 6C and it’ll do a VERY small portion of her back-dash and go straight into throw…seems like a nice little “get out of jail free” type move

Yeah, I’ve used her back dash>command grab midfight and it rapes.

Has anyone tried to use 236k,p as a poke. I know its hard to do on command sweeps because they go under the special. I can’t do it online, and I have not played anyone offline yet, so I am stuck. Elizabeth’s game is too advanced for lag. Too many inputs. Plus, hit confirming into 236P seems to be a big deal.
