Here is a Kensou strat Ive been using and people fall for, AF always see me do this strat!!
I always use his f+B as a good move to prevent early jumps
If you do a f+B ( or d+A into a f+B) up close into your opporent and they block the attack…
–do a qcfx2 P
–or a dp+P
–or d+A, d+A, qcf+A to fool them
Works good on blocking opponents and turtles, it worked on rushers too:tup:

Does kensou’s d+A hit low? Ive been using D+B as the starter based on street fighter law that low jabs dont hit low. Than again KOF is another game altogether.

Gah. Stupid SRK. With that whole weird thing having happened, I keep forgetting I’m not longer subscribed this thread for some reason.
Anyway, I played more Tuesday, and I continue to be mystified by how Kasumi isn’t Bottom Tier like Athena. Pretty much the only that Kasumi has going for her is her LDM, like Athena. However, at least Athena can use her LDM actively instead of reactively–dreamcancels aside of course.
It doesn’t even seem like Kasumi can even take advantage of the “threat” of using her LDM since she’s unnecessary slow like Whip. However, unlike Whip, who can at least take advantage of her long-range and be a pseudo-Dhalsim, Kasumi’s range extends to half screen at best–this being her shitty as super wave DM that does both little damage and leaves own for longer than most LDMs. Hell, even in the close range game, Whip has Kasumi trumped, since QCF+B brings people closer to her whether or not they block. Kasumi seems to miss even the simplest j.D, s.C, qcb+Px4 unless at absolutely close range…which it doesn’t seem as if she can ever get into.
Besides her LDM, the only other things she going for her potentially are backdash airwaves and counters, and even then, people are probably going to be on her ass so far she doesn’t have time either.

P.S. I’m beginning to like this game less and less, admittedly. It’s doubtless one of the better KOFs, and it’s not really the game’s fault (at least ultimately). I’m just tired of losing to Kyo whoring and such.
Oh well, even if Sho’s fun, I guess it always was time to try and get back into 3s or something.
^ Kasumi has crazy corner raping potential but if you can keep her away from you or at mid-range she’s basicly fucked.

kyo whoring? man not to be mean or anything, but if you dun know how to get out of kyo offense then what about gato and ozwald? To be honest, i fear the gato, ozwald and clark way more than any kyo. Just learn how to use a good normal to beat out hopping b’s while fighting against kyo. Or you can beat it yourself with a jump attack… And also, try to always win the jumping game. Be the one who gets in first, not the other way round… Shrug, by the sounds of it you just need more experience…
