Obviously you didn’t get what I meant. Just play whoever you want and don’t worry about the tiers. I honestly don’t think we will have a definitive tier list anytime soon.

i LOVE mignon
I feel that Ninon can switch between offense and defense a lot better than Mignon. Most of Mignon’s gameplay is whirlwind->shoryu->whirlwind->shoryu->[random] attack string. She is probably the biggest keep away character in the game.
Don’t get me wrong, Mignon is fun to play but I like more balanced based characters for some reason.
edit: Oh, I also like Ninon’s artwork more.

great mixup ability is no substitute for not being able to punish worth a shit
