im interested on learning Xiao lon…i heard she has like 3 stances (like hotaru)…is she too difficult to master??? what about her supers?..i think she has one that does the same as Lins poison from kof 2000

I use Kula as my point, and then Yuri and Lilly bring up the rear. I dunno why the fuck I use Lilly. I really should learn someone better than her and Kula. I was thinking of learning Xiao Lon and Chae Lim.
I’m just starting with her but all I did is watch vids and learn her…she has three stances, and I believe three supers… the poison is her level three grab super… (hcbx2 p)
As far as mastering it revolves around what style you prefer…if you are offensive you are gonna be in A and B most of the time…defensive C… (though I can play defensive and offensive in all of them)
So it depends…she can be easy to master to the point of doing vid stuff and what they talk about in this thread but at the same time hard…as its my goal to completely rewrite how shes played and master her the best I can before MIRA2 comes out…this is all just training for me for MIRA2…
I just hate Grad School has taken up all my time or I wouldve learnt this a LONGGGGGGGG time ago.

Kim is a damn beast in KOF MIRA. That’s all you need to know. I dare say he’s even better than his NGBC version. I mean damn the man is strong. You can’t go wrong with Kim.
He does have a new moves like everyone else. He is a bit different.
See thats another thing I don’t get…its funny what characters SNK chooses to be good in every game…Kim is one of them I have yet to see him even be low tier in a game hes in…

Ash has 100% damage combos in MIRA. From midscreen… And he has that new dashing flame punch as well as 3 lvl.s to his Gene-jin mode.
I always wanted a powerful Ash but damn. 100% combos? With his ability to fight @ close range and long range… Looks like someone at SNK thought to make Ash as strong as he is the story.
Yeah wtf with Big in NGBC… but thats another issue right there…
Ash’s 100% require five bars, which means you would have to anchor him. In my opinion, he a decent anchor but no where near the level of Jiva or Wild Wolf.
N.Geese is a great meter builder in this game. He doesn’t need to use any of his super to do damage and a good portion of his strings land in OTG throw. He’s a good character all around, but yeah I get what your saying about him DG.
@Changuillo: Chae (imo) is better than Kim, she has better mixups and can go for so much more. Kim is a beast in this game but Chae just pushes above him (again imo). The only thing Kim has over Chae is probably damaging combos, and his strike kick cancel from level 1 super [236236B/D ~ 236A/C]. Soiree is also a good choice, he has decent mixups and great high-low game. Doesn’t really need bars to do good damage either.
@Lobelia: Lily is ok, but Billy just owns people for free in this game. Kula is still a great character to use, she just takes a while to get everything down. She needs to do longer combos than most to get some good damage but she still has some of the best OTG stings in the game [if not the best].
I was also thinking of using Billy, Terry, and some other random character. Maybe Leona.
chae lim is certainly interesting and one of the first characters i tried playing in this game (i’ve completely forgotton how to use her at this point)
But i would definately choose her over kim
you need to learn the real combos if you plan on playing her seriously but then again, luigi bo doesn’t tech so you can do her level 1 back to back hahahahha

What r her real comboes though? I only go off what I see in the match vids… like B stance cr.bx2 to qcf+bx3, in the corner {cr.b to knife)x2 to B stance Dp+C.
That plus other stuff like in Stance A some of the stuff I did in the vids…if there are more I surely wanna know or get led in the direction of the vids where I can see them.
Or lord you gotta know how to tech in this game or its easy damage…
