KOF Maximum Impact and the SF vs. SF Musicians Album tie in?

The SF vs. SF Musicians album that features Guile’s remix was a contest held by Capcom during SF’s 15th Anniversary.

Yeah, I don’t think the rap was written for either game. It’s probably a public domain/shareware type musical excerpt, which both used because it was free/cheap or something.

DJs sent in remixes of SF songs and the winners were featured on the album. You could remix any SF song but every song remixed on the album was from SF2… Wow, either the SF2 songs owned everything else or no one really cares about SF1, SF Zero(Alpha) or SF3

Good point. Mostly the good songs from SFA were from FF and SF2. And SF3 only has a few really memorable songs. Whereas everything in SF2 is a classic.
