Malin is evil:lol: I went against this one guy last weekend and he did some crazy moves with her,not having played against Malin before he messesd up 2 of my 3 characters,lucky Ash saved me:p I have vids of infinites for Jhun and Iori, it’s scarry those infinites are so easy to do:eek:
Tell me about it, Queen. I despise Mailn greatly. I fail to see her purpose save in the story. Otherwise, she’s more of a Choi-clone than anything else. Also, she has a rivalry with my favorite female fighter, so that already sets negative grounds for me.

Yeah. Mai’s been, and always will be, my favorite KOFer. I was mentored in King of Fighters by a woman who had a crazy Mai in 97. I’ve kinda inherited her ability to utilize Mai’s lesser-used stuff.
Choi was actually more tolerable compared to Mailn. Still, I don’t despise her as much as the long (and hopefully) lost Angel of 2k2.
King’s cool. I need to relearn her this year since she’s so beefed up and different from before. I’m glad she’s back. Now, the Women’s Team has three serious fighters this year!

Yeah, i got them and they look insanely easy…but there not. i have practice the jhun one and i have spent like half an hour and no good. i don’t know how the japanese do this stuff?

i make tizoc god tier. ive taken entire teams out with just him alone…
this is my normal team. Lon/ash/terry. or tizoc/ash/malin/ or terry/bk/tizoc but mostly those i just named i use. also depends on who i play

Maxima is good? I’ve been trying to use him but the only thing of note I’ve found so far is that the opponent basically can’t jump in (what with the nice autoguard on standing C). I mean I’ve found some rudimentary combos and things, but in general he seems to be too slow to be a real threat.
Yeah don’t underestimate the big guys. People can make Maxima top tier.
I played this one guy that had Maxima/Daimon/Tizoc and he really messed me up (Thank god for Kyo!!) I still don’t know what to do against a good Maxima, nor a daimon. Tizoc is top tier, but he didn’t perform him very well so I just rolled and gave him a nice c.B b.B flashkick super with Ash every time he tried to throw me. I don’t know i think against big guys, you just need to roll. This isn’t CVS2, you know?

Yeah. I’m planning on heading to Diversions Friday to figure out my game plan for the tourney. I’m still trying to decide whether to keep Leona as my leader or practice beefing up Mai for that standing.

Hmm yah in 2k2 I was much better then I am in 2k3! but I can fix that, I think your talking about ned, all he does is poke poke with shen, shingo, and…someone right? hmm yah i wanna play Duolon b-c he is…a easy character to master, and he can kill an enitre team EASILY!!!
Ninjmai, he’ll be fine, he knows what he’s doing, I’m sure he’ll improve with time (he always does!!)
Those 3 mexican guys only play at tourneys and they are awesome!! i’ve only seen them play with kyo, malin and clark and that was the first day the game came to culebra, one raked up …37, i think, wins. they were REALLY good!
yea ive seen them play at san pedro most of the times. Thier the best irori players ive seen in SA… Only beat them in SvC a couple of times… well do good fellas
Eh, I’m not as worried about improving my own skills. Better to help others in that department. I never cared greatly for playing, just to help others grow in their gaming experiences.
Spin - You might consider being careful with your Tizoc. He can be an easy target for quick people, and from hearing how well Mailn can be used by one of the three guys, she might be your most difficult countercharacter.
Disciple Izzle - You will get better as well. It just takes time with this new engine and the people being very different from before. Already, you’ve established yourself with Iori as the most notable person using him thusfar. You are improving with Duolon as each day progresses. All you need is your comfortable “trump card”, then you will do fine on Saturday.

Heres a tip for DuoLon players:HIS LDM
people dont use it because they think its useless. It creates a shadow replica of him if you didnt know and to perform it the command is A,B,C,D…
What it does is it makes opponents think its performing a move twice when really it attacks 1 time. And your opponent blocks thinking it hits twice and after you push c.B or c.A and he blocks it do the command grab and punish him for being stupid
