hey folks a bit new to kof but i was wondering in MEXICO when they have tournys do the have the special bar on max? sum1 wanted to play me at work and hes from mexico and he will only play if the bar is but to the mex so he says hes number 2 from mexico and thats how they play in mexico city??? is this true if so this is stupid

that is an absolute lie, that is KOF 2002 PLUS a bootleg version of the game. People who play 2002 PLUS in Mexico are cosider SCRUBS and that’s all there is to it.
If he really wants some good kof 02 competition he should go to The Plant in Panorama City.
ok thanx folks cuz i played him on sat for money and he said thats the way they play so i said it sounded fishy but i still did it and sum how i got the match even to 4-4 (first to 5 wins) and i didnt even know how to do those hyper specials when your char is blinking and he kept doing it so i just rolled and throw the whole time till the boss came in and told us to stop playin… and i thought i was a scrub??? cheap basterd
yeah only scrubs play that way, we hate those bootlegs :annoy: but scrubs love it, just spining the stick and mashing the buttons so hard :arazz:

ohh this guy takes it real serious! i donno if you know him but he told me he was a top player from mexico city and they call him Bonino (poison in spanish) and hes known all over mexico but will only play me for money if we play the mexican rulz(plus).
