blue mary isn’t so high in tiers so you have to play safe all the time
i’ve already told you to learn to bait into reversals
but obviously watch out for counter baits, a screwed high/low reversal or a whiffed one will result in a full combo
since her speed his high (aka few startup frames) you can input movement the very last secondo
being sure to not to miss
after the reversal that slam opponent in the air (the low one) learn to qcf,hcbA/C for the highest damage
if opponent is near corner run and do dpB into followup to reverse his guard and use the corner reverse guard glitch (read my faq if you don’t know what it is)
obviously watch out for sweeps that are nasty against a reversal happy mary
also she don’t have any safe b&b
her commands are heavily open for retailiations
if you use too much fwd/bck B you sure notice that from some distances and against some characters the first hit sometime whiff, a decent player will AB then punish
the same is if he have a stock
AB on the first hit then bye bye
fwdA if chained into allow fast moves to punish if you don’t execute it from right distance (iori’s qcbA, yashiro’s DM, mai’s DM and so on)
also she have pretty nice air to air and air to ground plus a good crossup
use C CD B as air to air or air to ground and D to crossup, also B have some crossup chances

seth is actually a decent match for athena. if he gets her in a corner, then he can mix her up better than she can to him.
EDIT: these matches were really good.
Except that Athena is not that great…Seth jumped over her projectiles on a number of occasions where Athena clearly recovered first and she didn’t crystal bit. This is second nature stuff to me.
Also in all cases, Athena had less health than Seth in the beginning of the match, and Athena screws up resulting in getting comboed (like that dp+A after the air DM, which was probably a hyper hop A attempt).

Angel has many variations of her corner infinite…do you know how to play her period? I’d learn how to play her first before worrying about her infinite…shes no th easiest character…The hardest character in the game to master…

Wait considering Angel has an inf., wouldn’t that make her banned? Or is the inf. really hard to do (cuz that’s what I heard from someone long ago)?
I think she and maylee are evenly hard to master.
She isn’t banned but the inf needs fast inputs to do.
But once you get that down its easy street.

Errr I don’t think that’s what he’s implying, it’s sorta like when a good Hugo or 12 player beat a Ken or Yun player; even if u use a high/top tier character with a little skill and luck you can beat them with a low tier character.

Check emills youtube for O yash and chris. As for Normal yash not many of those but there are some so look around.
Yeah, it was more of a “rooting for the underdog” than anything else. Mostly I was just still going “WTF a Seth player” when I wrote that.
