You know what really fucking gets me? The owner doesn’t even give a shit about food! He basically opened a resturant so he could get himself more acting roles/exposure, something to put on his cv. That’s just plain narcissism. It explains why he:
-Thinks he can serve subpar from frozen shit supermarket food and wonders why people don’t come back
-Thinks that his resturant should be known for some baffling shit menu instead of GOOD FOOD
-Can’t make a resturant work in a prime location like the one he’s in (surrounded by studios? That’s licence to print money right there)
I give him some credit as an actor though. He’s good at pretending to be a chef. And he does hire some really good looking staff.
I loled at the way the narrator said “Next weeks chef is straight out of the hood”

The guy (with the Frozen Pizzas) from last week was an absolute loon.
This week however was much more reasonable and I’m happy to see the family pull it together. Once I make it back up north I’m going to make an effort to eat there at least once (I LOVE Pub food!).
Food critic was definitely doable.
As for next week…good God.

I’d do the food critic too, but she seemed to think she had equivalent power as an emperor… for someone doing reviews for a local newspaper.
