Seems the title of manager attracts certain personality types.
Poor management = instant failure and it shows with all these restaurants. Every single manager so far has been a fucking idiot and is the most to blame for their restaurants to be doing as bad as it is.
Seeing Ramsay in running shorts was surprisingly hilarious. 
I’m fairly certain this is one of the best shows on TV right now.

this one felt the worst out of the four so far. though when the chefs got fired was godlike. i thought the moms was gonna be mad bad but she was alright. peter was a whiner no confidence at all.

Wow, those 2 chef were terrible. Fucking scrubs, good thing they got fired. Disgusting chef was eating rancid food himself.
Makes me wonder what was the awesome offer that Peter couldn’t refuse. Too bad they had to sell the place after all that work. I wonder if the new owner kept it there or turned it into something else.
Ramsay is such a beast. Glad he convinced Peter to fire those terrible ass chefs. Doug wouldn’t even try Ramsay’s cooking? WOW. WTF. That’s such a fucking prick and egotistical thing to do. Those two chefs were just riding the coat tails of a dying business so they wouldn’t actually have to work elsewhere.
Next weeks episode is going to be BEASTLY. Crazy chef? Check. Control freak manager? Check. Can’t wait to see the BEASTAGE.

I don’t know about the rest of you but Doug looked and acted like the epitome of an arrogant french asshole. Him and the other guy were absolutely pathetic and absolutely deserved what they got, it’s just a shame Ramsay didn’t fire 'em.
By the way, just because he sold the restaurant doesn’t mean it’s shut down or completely changed, chances are he just sold the place and they had an owner shift. Peter most likely sold it for a large sum of money (it is a historical site after all) and the whoever bought it probably kept everything as is. This kind of thing happens quite a bit in the dining industry so it doesn’t come to me as much of a surprise.

a)totally imcompetent
b)fucking the owner
c)bribed
There is just NO way that place shoul have had a 95 rating from the health department. NO way.
