2003 Tournament Results
Once again, fighters from around the world enter another KOF. Fans have already sold out the KOF Stadium in Tokyo, Japan. But, a new evil lurks in the shadows as well. As this new group of evil looks on, these fighters will face another wave of evil!
First Match: New Japan Team Vs Generation Supreme Team: The fans were pumped to see the New Japan Team led by popular fighter Kyo Kusanagi. But, the Gen-S Team has gotten a good fanbase during their now three years of being in the KOF. Anyway, in the first match, Athena fought the mischievous Hokutomaru. Hokutomaru quickly confused Athena with his peed and unpredictable attacks. As it seemed that the famous J-Pop star would destined to lose, Athena’s Psycho powers helped her win the first match, but using all of her strength. Alfred soon took Hokutomaru’s place and easily defeated Athena. Next, it was the brash Gai Tendo’s turn. Alfred used his speed to keep Tendo at bay. But Tendo soon used his destructive elbows and knees to gain control. With that control, Tendo defeated Alfred with his Tendo Rush (my own creation, Tendo does ten Tiger Knee like moves). Jae Hoon gave Tendo a run for his money, showcasing the martial art his father made famous. Unfortunately, Tendo hit another Tendo Rush and nighty-night Jae Hoon! So, the chances of Gen-S rested on the shoulders of the leader, Rock Howard. Howard was worn down by Tendo’s armbars, leglocks and Jumping Knees. But Howard’s Raging Storm finally put an end to Tendo. Shingo jumps in the fray and although he performed great, he lost. So, then it was Kyo Vs Rock. Howard and Kusanagi were even in everything. Howard hit his Shinning Knuckle DM and it seemed that Kyo was done. However, Kusanagi kept battling on. Then, Kyo unraveled an awesome new move, Twilight Dreams(a thirty hit combo where he does Wicked Chew, 128 Masticate, 127 Oxidation and a more damaging R.E.D Kick)to win this round.!
Second Round: Fatal Fury Team Vs Kensou Team: Alba and Joe started the match off. Meira gains an early advantage, but it swifted back and forth. Eventually, both fighters defeated each other! So, Andy and Soiree soon battled. Soiree’s unique Capoeira sends Andy for a loop. But, Andy defeated him. Momoko entered the fray and also used her Capoeira to give Andy a problem. But, her downfall was her inability to control her Psycho power and Andy took advantage. Kensou soon pick up the scraps and shocking defeats a worn down Andy. Soon, the Legendary Hungry Wolf took his place and although Kensou almost won, one Power Geyser and see ya’ later Kensou!
Third Match:Revival Team Vs Women’s Team:K’ and King start off. This was actually a back and forth battle. King gain control of K’ by hitting him with Venom and Double Strikes. However, K’ got control and defeated her. Then, B. Jenet stepped in. Using the new Quick Shift Rule, K’ was replaced by Lin. Lin used his Hizoku powers that triumph Jenet’s powers and defeating her. K’ soon got back in the action, this time, facing Kasumi Todoh. Todoh actually proves to give K’ a tough time and even performs her Atemi Nage DM to perfection. That was until K’ unraveled a brand new spanking move, Tainted Glory(a Galactica Phantom with K’ using his flamed right hand) to win!
Forth Match:Hero Team Vs Korea Team:Kim’s ability to sense evil intent in others soon led him to deem that Ash was evil. Although no one believed him, Kim was actually right. Meanwhile, Jhun Hoon and Duo Lon started off. Jhun’s quick speed were evenly matched with the Hizoku speed of Duo Lon. Both men gave it their all until Lon took the first victory. But, Seo Young Song defeated him. Next was the son of Rugal Adel Bernstein of course being guided by his sister Rose. The cocky Seo taunted Adel with nonclauntant kicks, much to the dismay of Kim. Bernstein performed moves similar to his father and Seo didn’t feel so cocky. Eventually, Bernstein performed his Genocide Cutter SDM to win. Kim Dong Hwan soon joined in. Tired, Adel switched with the free spirit brawler Shen Woo. Shen Woo’s power was too much for Dong Hwan, but he kept fighting. Dong Hwan soon performed his Raimei Dan SDM that rocked Shen Woo. Shen simply laughed it off and defeated Hwan with his Bakuten DM. So, it was down to Kim Kaphwan for his team. He quickly defeated Shen Woo with his Phoenix Flattener, then it was Ash’s turn. Crimson showed his orthodox offense by wielding unique green flames. Kim was caught off guard, by quickly fought back. He send a kick directly to Ash’s jaw and face and the enigma fell down. He grit his teeth and slowly reached a vertical base. Crimson then formed a huge green flame and wield it directly into Kim’s chest. He switched back to Duo Lon and Lon continued the assault. Kim’s body make a sick thud as he laid defeated. The fans were shocked, but the Hero Team didn’t seem surprised.
Fifth Match:Yagami Team Vs Ikari Team:Iori defeats Whip to help his team win!
Sixth Match:Art of Fighting Team VS Benimaru Team:Trying to speed things up here so Shouji defeated Ryo last to help his team advance.
The second round matches appear on the screnn in a random drawing. So, the Hero Team Vs the Revival Team, Fatal Fury Team Vs Benimaru Team, and the dream match, the Yagami Team Vs the New Japan Team!
Second Round Match 1:Hero Team Vs Revival Team:K’ and Adel begin this matchup. Adel procrastinates at the beginning, slowly forming a plan for K’. K’ however, stops this by appearing right behind him thanks to a Blackout. Adel barely evades a Eins Trigger and once again waits for K’. K’ throwballs fireballs toward Adel and although he tried to dodge all of them, one caught him in his left leg. Wounded and feeling burned, Adel kneeled on one knee. K’ quickly takes advantage and sending Adel down with his Knee Assualt. The Bernstein offspring quickly stands up as K’ jumps in the air. Air Trigger! Once again, Adel is hit, this time, in the back. K’ soon senses the end and warns up his Tainted Glory DM! But, Adel had other plans. Gigantic Pressure! K’ back mets the wall of the arena as his breath is soon cut off temporary. Reppukens send K’ reeling as well. Bernstein is still wounded, but tries another Gigantic Pressure. Tainted Glory out of nowhere! Bernstein’s out! K’ switches to Lin and Duo Lon takes Adel’s place. Both men realize each other as members of Hizoku. A show os respect is shown between the two, but both men deem they will kill Ron and that the best man wins. Duo Lon and Lin ran circles aroubd everything. The Hizoku’s legendary speed is really being put on display here as neither men gain the advantage. Fifth Match:Yagami Team Vs Ikari Team:Iori and Ralf started off. Yagami quickly tried to keep Ralf at bay by sending multiple Dark Thrust toward his direction. Unable to perform his close combat moves, Ralf grew frustrated. So, he charged at Yagami with the intent to kill. Yagami held his guard and performed his Deadly Flower combo. The last shot saw Iori’s right hand right in the chin of Ralf and then slammed down with force as Iori jumped in the air and Double Axe him. Yagami taunts Ralf, not knowing that Ralf has Yagami were he wants him to be. BAM!!! Galactica Phantom by Ralf! Iori’s body twisted in the air and slammed to the ground. He was slowly to reach his feet, but blood began to trickle from his month. Yagami’s was seething and soon, he reached a vertical base. There, he sumom a lot of aura, something he doesn’t really do. As Ralf plans for another attack, like a cat Iori sprang into action. Maiden Masher by Yagami! Good night Ralf! Leona soon takes his place and she plans her attack. Iori switches up to Vanessa. Vanessa literally came out swinging with her punches and although she missed, she makes Leona use a lot of energy dodging the blows. However, Leona soon countered by performing Moon Slasher straight to the chest of Vanessa. The pain she felt was like she was slashed by knives. Leona attempted her Rebel Spark SDM, but Vanessa evaded and saw the perfect time to unleash her Champion Puncher SDM and Leona was out cold. Whip soon entered the fray and that spelled the end for Vanessa. Whip totally destroyed Vanessa with her Desert Eagle. Yamazaki took her place and Whip soon switched for Clark. Usually, Clark tries to grapple his opponent, but knowing a lot about Yamazaki and the Orochi bloodline, he procrastinates and waits for Ryuji to make the first move. And sure, Yamazaki made the first. Grabbing the knife in his pocket, Yamazaki dashed toward Clark. As Clark planned to make a move, Yamazaki slices him up with his Judgment Dagger. The right arm of Clark is now bloody, even showing the “white meat” or flesh. Clark was in pain. Yamazaki continued the onslaught with multiple Serpent Slash shots. But, Clark caught Yamazaki’s left hand(right hand in pocket). He picks him up on his shoudlers. Running Tree! Yamazaki is trembling. Clark’s not done yet;Ultra Argentine Backbreaker! Yamazaki is dowb and out. Rick Strowd then steps up and battles Clark. Strowd’s boxing background stuns Clark as countless gaze the jab of Clark. However, Clark finishes him off with his Flash Elbow as he drives his elbow directly in the chest of Strowd. Yagami quickly pounced on a winded Clar;End of Times! Clark was finished. Whip soon fought off Iori. Taking the shot of Whip’s namesake, Yagami ended Whip with his Fireball Uppercut!

Both men think the same thing, Multiple Illusionary Shadow Dark Force SDM (a move every member of Hizoku can perform). Both men hit it dead own, thus knocking both men out. Shen Woo takes the former’s place and Maxima takes the latter’s. Maxima kept Shen at bay by sending beams from his cannon. Shen quickly switched to Ash. Crimson continues to dodges beams from Maxima, but, doesn’t escape his M-11 Type Dangerous Arch takes sends the young Frenchmen down. Crimson slowly kneels, planning an attack. Crimson throws some Ventose fireballs toward Maxima. He easily evades, but Crimson shows great speed that was unseen and appears right behind Maxima. Ash wounds Maxima’s wire system by sending a Ventose into the system. Thus this created a problem for Maxima as he began to malfunction, giving Ash an advantage. Crimson puts his knee to the neck of Maxima and drives him straight to the ground face first, giving him a victory. Kula soon enters. Crimson switches to Shen Woo. Shen Woo tries his brawling skills to defeat Kula, but Kula kept him at bay with her Diamond Breath/Diamond Shoot combo. Shen Woo eventually knocks out Kula with his Bakuten DM. K’ soon enters and quickly defeated Shen Woo with his Chain Drive (LDM) move. So, Crimson soon came back in. K’ and Ash engage in a barrage of fireballs, Air Triggers and Ventoses. Crimson comes close to hitting him with his Pluvoise (DM) but K’ countered and won the match for his team with his Heaven’s Drive!
Second Round Match 2: Benimaru Team Vs Fatal Fury Team: Fatal Fury Team win. Enoguh said.
Second Round:Third Match:New Japan TEam Vs Yagami Team:To speed things up, Kyo and Iori ended in a double knockout, thus meaning that both teams are gone!
Chizuru invites the remainning two teams to a cave as the rest of the teams leave. The Hero Team parts ways, however, Ash Crimson also enters the cave(hint hint). Also, Kagura warns both an injured Iori and Kyo about the new threat. However, both blew her off. Kyo departed before telling Iori that they will have to settle their feud one day and Yagami tells him, “Anytime, anyplace, anywhere!”
Final Round:Fatal Fury Vs K’ Team: A great battle here that saw K’ defeat Terry Bogard to win the KOF 2003 Tourny!
Chizuru congrats the team and says that now, they will face her. But before that however, she is attacked by a strong bodied and serious man in his thirties with dark and blonde hair, a red and black jacket with a D on his back. Along with this man comes Ron. The man who attacked Chizuru introduces himself as Duke and that him and Ron are ordered to capture K’. K’ and Lin soon go after Ron and they engage in a two on one battle. Duke then is with another man. This man is shorter, at least 6’0. He looks like he’s in his mid 20’s, wears a black vest and leather pants. His eyes are blood red and his hair is unique as it sticks out along with his blood red and black hair. He states that his name is Liang Ren. Suddenly, the Meira brothers appear along with Athena, Bao, Chin and Kensou. Soiree and Alba claim vengeance on Duke for as they battle Duke. Chin and Liang square off as Athena, Kensou and Bao watch. Liang tells Chin it’s been a long time since they last met. When asked by Kensou about his relation with Chin, Liang states that he is the first pupil of the Pyscho Power. He states that Chin dismissed him due to his ambitions of evil and now plans to kill Chin once and for all. As Athena, Bao and Kensou prepare to defend their master, Liang showcases his Pyscho Power by launching a dark red Pyscho ball. Chin blocks it with his Drunken Style. China nd Liang soon engage it battle.
So, in the cave, K’ and Lin are battling Ron, Duke is fighting the Meira brothers midway and Chin is battling Liang towar the end of the cave. K’ and Lin try to gain an upper hand, but Ron keeps them guessing. Soon, K’ is gravely hurt thanks to Ron’s Multiple Illusionary Shadow Dark Force SDM. Lin and Ron they engage and both men injury themselves. Suddenly, someone decomposes behind Ron;Duo Lon. Ron escapes his attack. Duo Lon and Lin, remmants of Hizoku, stare off at their leader. Ron tells them that they have finally reunited, but they aren’t stronger then him. H states that he will destroy Hizoku soon and warns Duo Lon and Lin to warn Xion Liu, Xiao Lon and Kung Jin that they will suffer from Hizoku’s failgure. He decomposes without a trace. Duo Lon and Lin decide to tell their village about Ron and then decompose as well.
Meanwhile, Duke is handling Soiree Meira with brutal punches, kicks, and pure instinct. Alba plans his attack; Penitent Flash! He states as he lands Duke with a clean shot. Big Wednesday Soiree shouted as he landed a powerful kick to Duke’s chest. “The Man Who Hell Coughed Up” is reiling and is on one knell. Soon, blood appears from his mouth and then he stands up. His back is hunced and then he screams evily! Alba is shocked! Duke has entered the Riot of the Blood state, but how. I mean, his family wasn’t deceasdants of Orchi, the Orchi presence is sealed. So how did Duke enter the Riot of the Blood state(hint hint).
Liang and Chin have firecly battled. Chin used his rarely used Pyscho Powers to counteract Liang’s Pyscho. Pyscho Cannon Liang shouted as a Dark Red Pyscho geyser hits Chin in the chin. Pyscho Dril he shouts as mutiple Pyscho Balls pierce Chin’s spine and back. Chin slowly reaches his feet and gets in his Drunken stance. Liang forms aura from within and launches at Chin. Chin shows superhuman speed to evade it and nails Liang. Kouen Shourai (DM) and then Kouran Enhou (SDM). Liang makes a thud on the ground and appears lifeless. As his students congrat their master, Liang reaches a vertical base, his back hunched over. It seems that he is also in the Riot of the Blood State, even though his anchestors wasn’t Orochi desdants. Chin is confused but then realizes the reason why. The only way a person can gain the Orochi power is by one of the Four Heavenly Kings give them the power. But the Four Heavenly Kings are dead, so how did he recieved it. Soon, Chin answers his own question. One of the Heavenly Kings had an offspring and that offspring is probably the leader of the Disrespected. Just as he realizes them, Pyscho Burial Liang shouts as a sword makes of Pyscho enegry pierec through Chin’s heart, killing him. His last words was to Kensou,Athena and Bao, “Protect the Dragon Spirit” he states as he drops to the ground, dead. Athena, Kensou and Bao attend their fallen master as Liang evily laughs like a jackel. Chin’s blood stains his outfit and hands. Kesnou is enraged and tries to charge at Liang. Athena holds him back. “You’re next,” Liang evily states as he points to Kensou. He soon disappears.
Chizuru stands to a vertical base and fights along with the Meria brothers. Soon, Kyo and Iori join them suprisingly. They gang up on Duke’s state, but soon, Iori starts to feel Orochi’s presence. This gives Duke enough time to gave the Orchi seal, break it, and disappear in thin air! Chizuru soon realizes that the Orchi seal is now broken and the rebirth of Orchi will follow if they don’t seal it back together. The Meria brothers depart as Chizuru explains to Kyo and Iori that from this point out, they must work together like their ancsestors did for the sake of the world. Soon, a figure attacks Chizuru. That figure being Ash Crimson. He soon goes inside Chizuru’s body, takes the Yata Mirror. Ash evily laughs and states that it’s one down, two more to go. Kyo seeked revenge as Iori did too. Ash simply stated, “The Kusanagi Sword is next to belong to me! Au revoir” he disappears using the Yata Mirror.
With the Orchio Seal broken, Chin dead, and many unawsered questions about the Disrespected, the world is in danger. Can Kyo and Iori save the world and will Ash Crimson fulfill his evil plans?
