After the incredible interest shown in the SFA3 ladder, and my partnership with Anti3D (moosehead), we have decided to start ladder leagues for most frequently played games (according to the Anti3D logs).
I decided to add KOF2002, MvC1, and ST along side SFA3. :tup:

What the heck is a ladder? **
A ladder is an ongoing method of ranking players who are competing in a game. It is called a ladder because it operates on the principle of rank or rungs. Your ranking/rung on the ladder indicates how good you are as compared to the other players. When you sign up you start at the bottom of the ladder. Your goal is to climb the ladder to the #1 spot.

When you beat someone you move up half the distance between their rank and yours. So if you were at the #100 rank and beat the #1 player, you move to #50. All players ranked 50-99 slide down one rung to make room for you.
Down we go.
What happens if you lose? Your rank remains the same. You lose rungs on the Ladder when other players jump ahead of you, forcing you down. The only exception comes when you lose to the person directly beneath you. In this case you switch spots.
How will this work?
Challenge a player that is part of the league to a set (2\3, or 3\5) after agreeing on a server. After the set is over the loser will report the outcome to the MyLeague KOF2002 website (http://www.myleague.com/kof2002/). The winner will rise in rank and the loser will stay the same or move down.
You are allowed to have 3 (might change to 5) sets with the same user (to prevent abuse of the ranking system).

NOW, this KOF2002 league is invite only (to keep the trolls away but I might change my mind if it becomes a hassle)

The only rules I will enforce are ABSOLUTELY NO USE OF AUTOFIRE and NO MACRO’S! If you are reported using autofire\macro’s then you will be banned from the league
