Why is it that when i go to record a setup with a throw the other character techs my throw randomly for no reason? Kinda frustrating.

Its a glitch that they still haven’t fixed. The whole game needs fixing at this point because I can’t play in a lobby or ranked for more than 10 or 15 minutes before it freezes. Unless you play the game offline you’re bound to run into some type of freeze.

Yeah i have also experienced the game freezing and lobbies crashing, game also badly needs a same region search filter.

Anyone know why Justin Wong opts to use the Pad over the Arcade Stick in KI?

He either couldn’t affors one or had trouble finding an arcade stick at launch so he just stuck to using a pad. Game isnt very execution heavy outside of Sadira any way.

+1, I hope they do not go crazy with the air combo system, and I think recapture should be limited to TJ. I like the fact that most of the fight takes place on the ground.

I don’t think the game needs an over elaborate juggle system, but if recapture is balanced with appropriate scaling in damage and KV, and/or costs meter, it could be neat.

Personally, I would have just taken higher higher damage on non-combo normals.

What do you guys think about adjusting KV on juggles since everything is breakable now? What about air juggle enders?

Juggles were always somewhat breakable. As far as I can tell this change won’t affect much at all…

Which is why I’m wondering if they’ll make air juggles longer…

Won’t know till we know. Iron Galaxy will be doing their own weekly stream on Twitch.tv/irongalaxy next week. They said they’ll be revealing some season 2 stuff there.

More air stuff makes some sense from a raw design standpoint. One of the common complaints against KI is that all the combos run together. More juggle stuff could make the game visually more interesting to watch to the casual/stream monster crowd.

I mean what’s the point of making air juggles totally breakable when they’re short and do shit damage? Might as well make air juggles a real threat if they’re going to be completely breakable.

From what the devs have been saying, you might be surprised at what happens. They wouldn’t throw in air combo breakers and counter breakers unless they wanted to do a radical change with the juggle system. Brace yourselves.

On further though, it makes juggle ender’s more relevant.

As it stands, spinal is the only character than I would ever use a juggle ender with, and even then only against certain characters, and not very often (hitbox issues).

Well don’t you have to use juggle ender just out of virtue of it setting up shadow skull to steal instinct?

You going to be playing Destiny? I know you were playing Titanfall for a while. I don’t think I’m going to be playing any other games till Sunset Overdrive hits.

Depends on the situations. Most of the time, you can just do the shadow skull off of the Skull ender. Many other times, you need meter, skulls, or damage. I usually shadow skill after an AA, lvl4 skull ender, or as a way to cover a teleport.

Destiny, The beta opened up to everyone yesterday. I played it for a few hours and was thoroughly bored. It’s like a borderlands of Diablo… without anything that makes the loot game work… So I’m going back to PvZ (which I almost have 100%'d).

My next game will likely be diablo 3, I’m pretty sure I’m passing on destiny…
