I did read, haha. It’s just I like hearing specific people on their different tactics. I know some pokes being cr MK into R daggers, if I could do it consistently, st HP, st HK. Pressure is supposed to be kinda like Cammy’s isn’t it? With mixing up cl MP, cr MP, and cr MK? L stinger is strike immune, M is fireball, H is throw, EX all three. FADC stinger to air throw for decent damage. Most cases she wants to play almost like guy, go for the hard knockdown so she can keep mixing up. Meaty break is all but safe on block, but canon strikes are fairly unsafe, so I’m not really sure to mix them in yet. I find myself using scramble back and scramble break feint to fake people one to three times before going for an actual break, switching sides as well. AA’s are cr HP, L stinger, and EX stinger. Some good throw bait options, if you notice people teching throws are cr lp, cr lp, spiral arrow, but again, not entirely sure when to use it. Then come Ultras. I’ve found that both have really good applications, but I’m not entirely sure I understand when it’s worth using Double and when I should simply go for a single ultra. Lastly, oh god, why do grappler matches feel so terrible? Maybe I should keep a pocket DeeJay for those, haha.

Someone just told me that I could do cr mk + lp, cr mk + lp, piano to lp or hp and oh god it’s so much easier to confirm from cr MK now. Oh the things we can learn from reading and talking to people, haha.

Just curious do you guys actually use jump hp, cl st hp, cr hp, hp stinger in a serious match,? I am still using very shitty low damage combos just to be on the safe side and I know I just need more practice but that combo I’m not sure if I could ever get it down 100%.

I don’t like that combo because it’s inconsistent based on what height you hit the jumpin and it has to be done incredibly deep, and it’s hard to confirm a jumpin into a 9 frame normal when trying to also pay attention to hit reel or w/e. It’s much more consistent after a crumple.

Triple medium combos, cr.hp st.mp, and cl.mp, cr.hp sting all are more reliable and easier.

I’ve been using cr mp, cr mp xx stinger off a jump in. Relatively easy link, gives me enough time to confirm too. Usually off of crumples, I do like cl HP, cr mk xx stinger. Is there a trick for doing cr HP into stinger more consistently?

If you press cr mk + lp twice in rapid succession, then piano for the cancel into Rapid daggers, I found it a lot easier. I dunno, someone else told me about it, and since I’m new to Decapre, I was looking for more reliable ways to cr mk xx daggers.

cr.hp into sting is a 1f link. You can blink it though.

you can also just plink HP into LK

CH low fierce, low fierce, red focus is pretty easy. It delicious.

would you guys agree that grapplers are still pretty fucking hard to fight though?

why just use sting + mk

blink is using back button to plink, this way you can use plink with litghts

I worded that weird, haha. I meant more that it’d be more consistent to land stinger after landing cr HP as a counter hit. Even then though, I’m probably missing out on damage if I do it that way.

Man I can’t do hands on a ps3 controller to save my life. Guess I won’t be using decapre since she’s not going to be put to her full potential. Sucks since I love her buttons.
