This turned out being better than expected, character specific wise.

sagat’s hurtbox while crouching makes it really hard to space it properly, other characters have more “flexibility” in range even if it’s always pretty strict.
the link is pretty easy if you see the overhead connecting at the very end of the animation. only difficult part is to space it right.
after that, the link seems easy.

Not completely sure. The animation is so long that i had to record the reversal rather than the safejump so it was a pain in the ass to test. I did get hit by Ken’s MP shoryu but I might have just mistimed the j.hk.
On some character you dont need to link cr lk (1f link after the overhead to combo). So far, Makoto, Honda, Twins you can link cr lp(2f link). In most cases OH, crlp , cr mk , hp stinger works. Didnt test the whole cast.
I’ll have some detailed dive kick stuff up in the next couple of days. But for now I’ll just say that MK scramble divekick (+4 on block at best) is much less safe than HK scramble divekick.

i didnt put gouken in since his parry always beats the safejump, but anyway yes, i might include him later to tel which jumpins will connect and which will wiff
i also actually didnt include characters with invincible command grabs (aside from seth actually)
