Thanks guys my photoshop skills are not that great like adding flames lol. that 2nd last pic is what i’m looking for but the street fighter is over his foot any one know how to fix that and skill keep his foot

The image you’re referring to comes from the ‘Street Fighter’ comic published by Image. It’s in issue number 2 October 2003. I have the comic but no scanner. Hopefully that helps your search.
