Whoa, he’s good. I like watching offensive Ken’s like him. I tried watching Momochi videos, and I don’t know. He plays too defensive and fireballs too much. Seems like he should be playing Ryu.

Played against an absolutely godlike ken who also happens to be a pretty well renowned 3s ken player. Although I got lucky with a few reads with this being a small set, this is probably the first time I felt uncomfortable to press buttons against a ken. Hopefully I’ll get more matches with him.
I went to a regional tournament recently with a $1100 pot bonus and ended up taking 1st. Had a 70 man bracket.

To be honest I’ve been starting to think Ken beat’s Dhalsim lately. I think Ken has too much mobility and several ways to get in for Dhalsim to play defensively against him and on offense Ken has some of the better defensive options in the game which can slow down Sim.
I wouldn’t say it’s really bad, but I think it is in Ken’s favor.
Interesting use of the lk.tatsu. You seem to be using it in place of sweep and reversal dp haha
It’s the best reversal that isn’t invincible. 
You guys run into him online? Could definitely use some help with this match-up. I think maybe learning Ryu will help me play him more balanced. It definitely seems like you can’t mess up in this match because of

Can’t help you much I am much lower but even at my level I do feel Ryu is a pain in the ass.
I think it’s because we have a kind of crap neutral game and this is the only place where he might be on the weak side too but it’s still better than ours. (I am talking relative to the matchups where Ryu has a bit more trouble)
He was a really good Super Turbo player. So he knows how to play SF games.
Yeah, he’s nice…If I run into him again I’m just going to go hard for the corner and throw the crap out of him. I’m not playing his footsie game in neutral, Ryu’s normals beats us! lol

Despite a few missed anti-airs and hit confirms that this Ryu capitalized on you did good being aggressive and opening him up a few times.
He was nothing special, all he did was corner hug majority of the time, EVERYONE is good with alot of space, it gives you time to react, but his up close game was weak.
Tks my brother much appreciated. I really felt like I didn’t play at all like myself, I wasn’t playing super scary or giving him too much respect, but I wanted the win too bad and didn’t get creative enough. Next time, I’m gonna throw the crap out of him and if I can get one empty jump, put that man in corner and wreck shop! lol
