Is Ken picked too often in Street Fighter IV?

all the people on xbox live seem to have a hard on for ken. More than half the ken’s I fought on live I’d put money on it that they used turbo button on their fierce punch to mash those srks out faster.
Some matches the Ken’s throw out more shoryukens than I throw out tiger shots…
