i was there yesterday and a lot of kids were playing. finally some new kids playing. um ill be there tuesday at 3:00 straight after work. i’ll call brandon.

KIHA got owned by the computer yesterday hahaha and it was set on default aka very easy.

Can I get a head count of whos coming to Oahu ? I think it was August 19th or something you guys were coming down. Just curious whos coming and if anyone needs a ride etc,etc.

P.S Seeing this past fri we all ended up at the Zones I might do something that night at the zones if enough folks are interested again. Just bring your console sticks etc if your planning on coming down.

if any of you have any gripes and or complaints…i’ll take it. Dom asked me for ideas on what to do. I said to mix it up. keep it fresh. look at it this way, guys like david, terry, john, kirk, and whomever else will have more of a chance this way. we wanna keep this game alive for as long as we can. if it was always a 1-1-2 set up with whomever we want, it’s ALWAYS gonna come down to the select few people who basically play the most. AND WE ALL KNOW WHO THEY ARE!!!

true kk. playing your best is always how it should be. but why would different stipulations make any difference in how you play? you should always play your best even if the odds are stacked against you! Like how earls tourney unfolded. you had three chars left and i had two. you definately had the upper hand that time but i played my best. and as i can recall it was a cap/snk battle. i had sagat/rock and you had morrigan/hibiki. what was the prob then? you were playing your best weren’t you? but also about razzle dazzles tourney. how many gripes were there about the rules and how it was gonna get run? there was a shit load and it still wasn’t clear till tourney day. this time the rules are set. one CAP and one SNK. 2-2 set up in any order you wish. no subs for chars. the ones you pick is the ones you stick with. as in BEST. as in how you should play! and dom’s right too. if you don’t like it…don’t play. that’s the same way we felt in earls tourney. i know you know cause you helped set it up! all in all we are there to have fun. it is just a game after all. so once again…any gripes come to me!!! i got no problem dealing with it. sorry for the long post and BEN IS GAY. MUAH HA HA!! :badboy:

I get to play beyond my natural ability and what not, but heh… I suppose a fun final hurrah would be cool eh? Sagat/Rock vs Morrigan/Hibiki again? Ben: Yea, I know how you say you get lucky etc, etc, but still. It’s a friendly rivalary. Ever since my close call of beating you at the last snk/cap tourny I’ve wanted to best you at least once. So yea, my bad if I came off dissapointed with the setup. It’s my own rivalary with you, tony and allyn to see their absolute best.

Dom: You know what, I’ve given it thought and this will actually be a large test of skill for me. It’s a good chance for other players to do well since it provides a check and ballance along with chances to learn new charicters. I’m in, no regrets. Sorry if I came off wrong on that shizz. No brown nosing on this one though, I stand firm on the evo style ruling, but this setup is viable… so long no one makes an all capcom battle, then I’ll be pissed lol. If I’m no longer sub-A list though… I’ll take it

what makes you think we won’t play our best? we’re all gonna be there to win right? i’m going to give it all i got. i’ve been thinking a lot about what team i’m going to use. trying to get all the pros and cons together for every one of my chars. i’m sure they are doing the same.

Yo Ben Lee, when you come down to HBB this friday, do you wanna play for money???

If ya don’t mind, playing 6 different sets, one for each groove. And on my end, I can’t pick a character twice, in those sets. In other words, I’d have to use 18 different characters against you if I play a Ratio 1-1 then 2 lineup.

If you accept, then I’ll post my teams up. Write them down, and remind me, cause I know I’ll definitely forget.

I REALLY NEED THE PRACTICE, I’ve been hiding behind P-groove Vega/Eagle and Sagat alot lately. So I need the diversification, so I can keep an eye out for things I’m not accustomed to.

If I win, the money, will go into a little jar, that will be used to fund my way to Evo next year.
