actually 3 team blunt players that use C including myself can hit that… both the akuma and sagat combos.

Sorry I would of posted on the tourney and some of the chars strat talk but work is taking precedence over srk right now.
Quick tip DONT use D.Short, S. Jab, Tiger Knee, thats a lame combo. Use the tiger uppercut instead. Its the best way to learn the feel of the combo. If you make a mistake you get punished. You will mess it up and probably get hurt each time you mess up. But, it will make you a better player in the long run. I learned the hard way messing that combo up when I first started learning to do it. Just keep using that one, it has more advantages then the tiger knee ender. Plus the tiger knee ender = lame.
If you got any char or even match up questions you should post them up, learning combos and pokes are nice but you got to remember there are different approaches to the characters your fighting against along with the player that uses them and there capabilities.

When is the next Kauai tournament? I need to think of a new excuse to take off from work… i only got so many relatives that can die etc, before my boss figures out what I am really going there for.
Just create a flyer for a computer convention or something. Newest products and services from Veritas, Booz-Allen, SPAWAR, or whatnot… make it look official, and send the exclusive invitation to yourself. Print that shit out, and BAM! “Boss, I’m going to this convention here to learn better techinques and new technologies that will benefit my performance here.” Some bullshit like that would probably work. I have some trinkets you can have as “proof” that you went to a “convention”.

I need some insight on how to trump a Sagat using cammy and hibiki. Unfortunatly, morrigan vs sagat never comes out good (or morrigan vs pretty much any top tier cept blanka and possibly cammy) and even then, with cammy and hibiki it’s a bit difficult.
Could anyone point me in the direction of a priority listing or tell me what pokes will beat out sagat’s pokes?
I’ve figure that Cammy’s HK beats some of his stuff, hibiki’s MP mixed with occasional ©HP beats his pokes occasionaly and morrigans MP will usualy break even (with minimal damage to sagat :lame: )
But yea, any advice?

yeah i swap my cammy for sagat, i just really need to practice. i still suck. so whats happening with the tourney u guys when is it whats going on i need a heads up asap so i can request off. i might be down there on thursday hopefully i’ll see you guys there. pretty OK battles we had last week but i wanted to have a double KO i want to see a shoe spike.i still have a lot to learn, im far from where i want to be. i gotta practice my links, that shit is hard but im getting there. maybe one day i can do them without fucking up. so whenever the tourney is get at me peace
allyn we should do some switch off team battles. you choose the two level ones and i’ll work the level two or whatever you want its great practice and plus its cheaper. i would do this with earl and KK but i dont like their grooves. im a C groover but i can deal with K groove.

Besides that, you could always buy a stick from the store… if you like Japanese style sticks, the Tekken stick that comes with the bundle is pretty good. American style sticks you can get a Pelican Real Arcade or SF Anniversary stick. The Pelican and SF Anni sticks come with Ultimate style joysticks, IIRC. If you don’t like the feel of the stick and buttons, those boxes are also very easy to mod. Switching out the parts takes about 15 minutes, and afterwards the feel will better match the arcade cabinet.
Fuggdat!! Use Cammy and Sagat!! Drop the other team members… in a sagat vs cammy match… both same ratio… either can come out on top… damage level goes to sagat tho so a player has to be really skilled with cammy to pull it off. Alot of mutual zoning and respecting the other character in this match-up. I mean one missed poke with hk is like askin for a fp or dp.
I’m usually not the type to respond but for sagat don’t just use fp. another good poke is standing short. especially in a poking match-up. Heh i may not play much but i still know stuff about the game. Just rusty… and sometimes can’t think straight. PSX knows that i know the game tho. Alrighty…peaches fo0s
i spent a bundle on my stick but it has the perfect 360 nylon buttons and all happ parts it cost a shit load but it was fucken worth it.
