Regarding that meterless EX Tenko, can you still do it if you have no bars? If so I’d imagine it’s intentional, put if it’s just failing to spend meter I think it’s unintended.
Nah you can’t do it if you have no bar, obviously though since you wouldn’t be able to start the EX-dash in the first place to go into tenko.
Theres no way they’d keep it in the game, you’re just able to throw out EX-Tenkos all day into more EX-Tenkos

Yeah, no real reason to keep meterless EX Tenko. Her current meterless stuff, such as cr.LPx2 xx Tenko > Stuff and CH s.LK/s.MP > cr.MK xx Tenko is already pretty godly simply due to positioning and the fact that you get decent enough oki off any stray hit.
Honestly, if she keeps those things, even if they kill her damage, she’ll have a very strong toolset for this game. When I was at Canada Cup, I won most of my matches on the winner stays on stations (Lost to DaFeetLee in my first match and some Chun player after a 40 minute streak). Most of it was just footsies, tick throws, V-Reversal, occasional V-Trigger setups and frame trap confirms into Tenko. The rest of her tools are superfluous, IMO. f.MK was good.
I did not notice a model change when I played. I think it was just an animation change which altered the lighting and eyebrow position.

I used and fought a ton of Karin over the weekend. Even had Haunts confirm it, they fixed up her face.
I assume these costume colors are all just modded but I imagine it wouldn’t be strange if datamined colors showed up at some point.
IMO, the color combination on the brown-hair green-eyed Karin “works” pretty well for her. Hope there’s something like that in the actual game, could use some more in-between colors instead of just extremes of blonde/black/white hair and pastel clothes.
