Well, all she really needs to keep is the stuff that leads to floE’s vortex (jf tenko to qcb+lk).
That said, people should just learn to STSFR (Save That Shit For Release). Look at Cammy (we agreed to STSFR in her thread), none of her real combos (aka, stuff that wasn’t jab, jab, strong) were removed and she actually gained combos.
I know I mentioned it in some thread, but I was playing against a Dhalsim that was V-Reversal happy, so I did rekkas and opted for the command grab to see what would happen.
Karin hopped over Sim’s V-Reversal clean and connected the grab. Didn’t work against any other V-Reversal I tried it against. Was pretty interesting.
The upkicks ender isnt real either, atleast not Floes version. It’s impossible to time a jump MK that will hit meaty against a nuetral tech and a back tech.
Any jump mk that will hit a neutral tech that they simply cant jump away from or press buttons will whiff against a back tech, where you will be greeted with wake up jab counterhits.
Well i just tested the setup for myself. While it is a safejump on normal tech, if they backtech then you dont get the jump in and you are even advantage with the opponent outside throw range. I dont think it’s guaranteed pressure everytime but it’s good if they normal tech.
I dont think there will be one ender you want to go for everytime honestly.
qcb+LK ender sets up crossup on normal tech and is possible to safe jump back tech (but is hard as hell to time), but loses to normal tech delayed dp.
v-skill ender sets up auto safe jump on normal tech but you lose positioning if they back tech
qcb+LP(standing only) and JF Launcher ender you are guaranteed to be next to the opponent to try for s.LK, c.MP frametrap or s.LK, throw mixup, and also gives you the most super meter.
Pretty sure the whole point of having 3 different wakeup actions was to eliminate setups that are universally advantageous (aka vortex even though it will inevitably exist after tech is found until it’s nerfed through patches). Not saying I agree with it, but it makes sense that the setups being found right now are gimmicky at best.
