The paparazzi are by far the worst human beings alive. They spend their lives harassing other human beings to inform other individuals about crap nobody cares about.
Watch the value of those blue nike air max 1990’s go up now.
Papparatzi should’ve listened to his music, even 7 years ago. He hates those guys “more than the Nazis.” And sometimes they are so intrusive they won’t even let someone close their car door, standing inbetween preventing it from being closed, or harass so much someone can get killed: Princess Di.
Its in their interest to even make money from lawsuits even if they were the cause of the trouble. Shouldve/could’ve/what you would’ve + Fame soapboxing + lets go ahead and mention Bieber trying to fight but getting held back by his own security.
Coming from that industry (music), your “fame” is built upon the backs of people who have come before you and are completely invisible to the public. Your success is contingent upon compliance with what they want and are willing to put up with. It’s similar to the 90’s IT industry, where programmers and engineers were gods among men and could demand whatever they wanted. The only difference is that with IT, there were some who were dumb enough to be tricked into giving away the secret sauce for free.
Actually, that’s only mildly true. Some were willing to sell out, but for the most part, there was a very insightful and very small group of people who realized that if they simply GAVE away what they were doing then society as a whole would prosper for it. And they did so. Those are your Linus Torvalds and Bruce Schneiers who realized that information wants to be free.
Ironically, it’s the Music and Movies (intellectual properties) industries that is at odds with the IT industry today. They want very much the same things, but in completely different ways and with very different outcomes.
“Fame” is a misnomer, not in name, but in substance. You aren’t so much famous as you are well known, and with a great burden paced upon your back that powerful people backed by HUGE corporations can guilt you into crumpling under.
How confused must you have been during college to decide that your life’s goal is to annoy and take pictures of celebrities? Like when a pap sits down at a restaurant during a date do they say I’m a professional paparazzi or obnoxious photographer?
I don’t know about you, but just because somebody is famous (and/or celebrity), shouldn’t mean their life is automatically forfeit. Take for example, a musician. He/she would want to be famous for the music they make, the talent they have, and performing on stage. I’d imagine the things they do outside of music - like going home to see their family - is something they don’t want to be pictured and publicized.
There are also no rules (respected) when it comes to being in “public.”
We really can’t separate celebrities from all public areas and really put them on a different sort of pedestal.
Shit, that reminds me, plenty of rich people live their lives outside the realm of gossip trash and aren’t harassed in this way. We know nothing of their daily routines and bad choices. So blaming some people for “money most people never make in a year” and not others is pretty selective. Just admit its because he’s a black guy, Matriarch. You have a thing for those guys.
I don’t know if anyone can properly prepare for the pitfalls of fame and I get the impression a lot of entertainers are already a bit fucked in the head before they even become famous (severe inferiority complexes maybe?). But yeah they’re typically well compensated for the trouble. Still I like to give em a pass because the kind of people who follow star worship entertainment news are complicit.
They need to leave this nigga alone. Dude ain’t been right since his mom died. Niggas waitin’ for’im to commit suicide, but he gon’ fuck around and kill somebody (or multiple people) instead, for real. Folks in the media need to take this shit a lil more seriously cuz I ain’t no shrink and even I can see dude is a tickin’ time bomb.
OJ seemed to be the nicest nigga in the world and you see what he did.
