Was a great hookup, clark is so good/fun, might have to make a permanent spot for him. gg’s to yon in our ft5, and shout out to samson, and deron for us getting a crack session in and me witnessing some of the best kof we’ve played to date.

Yeah some different tracks, it had my favorite from FFIX ‘You’re not alone’ and FFVI the opera song, it was worth the 2 nights for me!
I had a good time playing with you guys the short time I was in town, sucks I had to get to go pick my drunk friends up, but I had to good guy greg it

John, thanks for Tekken tutorial. That really helped me understand the basic strategy of the game. It’s going to take me some time to learn the techniques, but your enthusiasm for the game confirmed my belief that Tekken is very cool and worth it.
I didn’t catch the name of the former She-Hulk/Tron player. I like your style. Next time let’s get some games in Marvel (or Tekken if you want a pseudo training dummy).

Hello everyone, its me FullBleed! The guy you either dislike, strongly dislike, or generally don’t have very high regard for!
This coming Friday I’ll be able to start attending hookups regularly again, which is good because Friday is really the only day I can do hookups during the school year. I’ve started writing down a sort of “matchup guide” for Blanka, or more specifically, a general gameplan of how I should approach each matchup. This includes which zone (in regards to footsies) I should be in, what I should be doing against each character when I get a knockdown, and basic strategy in regards to how to fight each character. Watching my match against AxioM at Maxout really told me I have no gameplan, I just kept walking into his c.MK range and was not keeping proper spacing. This should me get a better idea of what I should be doing in each matchup. I think I’m decent at this game but really need to improve my knowledge of matchups and footsies if I ever want to start beating high level players.
So I’ll probably be trying to get in some sets with players that main each character, and developing what I should be doing in that matchup. I’ll probably be asking a lot of questions and asking you to look at what I wrote down, to see if I indeed have the right away to approach the matchup or am just doing shit that will get me murdered.
If you think you have a decent secondary, I’d like to play against them too, but only if someone else in KC does not main that character. There are some characters that nobody plays here, but if you at least have a general idea of how to play them, I could at least get some notes on that matchup. When I finish doing this with Blanka, I’ll probably do the same with Guile.
So that’s it, feedback would be appreciated Friday. I’ll be bringing a setup and probably running it on AE for this specifically.
