I been playing AC for a week I guess, I like it a lot, pot is pretty fierce…It makes me sad how bad Johnny is in it now.

I don’t know if Ben and Lyquid’s work schedules would allow for them to meet up with us for games, unless you don’t mind playing from 10pm until dawn like they used to with Naruto.
The other option for playing Accent Core would be at Tre’s apartment, and that’s if he ever comes out of hiding. I figured he would be all over this by now. If you want to learn some real bullshit with Ky, he’s the man to go to.
I talked with Martin a week or so ago via XBL, and he’s in Iraq for awhile, so best wishes go out to him.

If it’s any consolation, Anji apparently has been toned down, so you can play him still.

I understand what you mean by broke, but I misread your post as you saying that he was getting too good to the point of you not wanting to play him. I thought that was the reason you didn’t like Anji in Slash, but now that I think of it, you probably just didn’t like the move list changes to him.
But yeah, if you’re still wanting to play Pot, I’ll make sure not to jump or get within half-screen distance when we play. One Pot Buster is bad enough, but knowing that I could possibly get busted three times in one combo is enough to make me run away the whole match.

I guess you warmed up to him then, because you weren’t feeling him at all when Tre and I came over right after Slash dropped. You played Anji twice and played Potemkin the rest of the way.

Let’s clarify…
Nothing about Slash or myself has changed since Slash came out except that I’m one year older and have new bathrooms. Choosing a character more often than another has absolutely no bearing on how much I like or dislike said character. Let’s use a correlation to Marvel.
Lately I choose Sentinel more than Blackheart. I also use Rogue more than I use BH anymore. Hell Storm, Captain Commando, Tron, Doom, Juggernaut, and even Colossus sees more screen time than BH does. Does this mean I don’t like BH anymore? Of course not, he’s still repped on my license plate with OCV pwnage (although I’m thinking of changing that, but if I do I’ll still like the character).
While I haven’t played GG in a ridiculously long time the last several times Tre and I did play (which was like in December) I used Anji and Potemkin almost equally.
And on a semi-related note… The night you came over with Tre, I didn’t lose but like three(approx) times, cause Tre was trying to learn the new characters. And when Tre and I play we don’t usually switch characters until we lose (unless we get bored with winning with the same character over and over again.)
So, in conclusion, as many have learned but you are just starting to. Make no assumptions with me. Unless I explicitly state something, try not and infer anything, for at least 80% of the time you’d be wrong.

Swap Magic 3.6, with slide tool or flip top mod assist. You can get all of that at play-asia too.

Not that I know of, but there are stick builders on this site that can make a custom Wii stick for you.

Also, I think I might have played that guy you were talking about. He was playing pretty solid with Cammy/Morrigan/Felicia (not quite Chaz/Adrian level, but nailing combos and shit like that), but it turned out he only had fifty cents on his card. He left after I scrubbed out a win to supposedly refill his card, but never came back. Too bad, I would have asked him if he worked there. If it’s him, maybe we can get in his ear about having the owner doing business with Gunther’s people…

Nah, this was another white guy I was playing. Cable said the Mexican dude was at the arcade tonight while we were ****ing up in Marvel as usual. I wonder why he didn’t hop off the DDR for a second and get a little bit of Marvel in…
Also, if Powerplay isn’t going to get new fighting games in, they should at least get the KI2 cab back in acceptable playing shape. I’m starting to develop a liking for that game. Scary…
One more thing- I REALLY need to calm the **** down when I’m playing. I think I was almost at a Chaz level of cursing whenever I lost tonight. Any suggestions (with regards to keeping my emotions in check)?
