yo k rugal owns alot of characters so what yall think
K Rugal is Top Tier. Supers do massive damage. Plus run is good with rugal.
yeah i seen this guy use k. rugal and he was beastin on jap sagat player’s shit was crazy.
Im begining to put rugal on my main k squad now hes pretty good. His damage is insane in k. Rugal also has alot of mix-ups and crush strings in conjunction with his god like run which makes him real good.
