One of my favorite things about Ben Affleck movies is everytime he does a Boston movie he pretends he from southie. The āNew Englandā accent isnāt prevelent like every gawd damn Ben Affleck movie makes it out to be. It kills me everytime.
The bankrobbery movie where they said Charlestown is one of the most robbed areas of banks in the country. Iām likeā¦ Waitā¦ No it isnt maybe in 1984
His Southie isnt that good either, hes not Mark Walburg. But I get why he does it, it gives the movie vocal flavor and helps set the viewer that this is the Boston area, kind of like how the NY accent isnāt as wide spread as movies and shows make it seem.
I welcome itā¦wasnāt that basically the deal Ben had before?

Mark is pure new england trash 1000%. Ben grew up in Somerville one of thoseā¦ Non accent areas in mass. Funny enough Iāve run unto way more people with NY accents than New England.

I heard Mass Accents all the time in east Mass, they are everywhere, but theres a lot of other accents in the area to that dont get any rep. Kinda weird, but kinda not.
Keaton is gonna be involved in Flashpoint. Heās also being set up to be the batman for the greater DC world. Robert Patterson is supposedly not gonna interact with DC as a whole.
Ben afflefcks swan song is supposed to be Flashpoint then Keaton takes over for the bigger dceu.
As well as supposedly they are planning a batman beyond with Keaton as older Bruce
