This will be my first time heading to EVO, and I was wondering (since I use an Xbox 360 TE stick), will there be a chance of any modders there willing to dual mod it to work for the PS3? How much would it cost, and how long would it take? I don’t want to shell out money for a PS3 stick, so that’s not an option. Worst case scenario, do you think anybody would let me borrow a stick?

  1. don’t count on borrowing sticks. People are nice but don’t put all your eggs in that basket

  2. There’s a chance modders will be there. Last year gunowned and Ben Fong were there. Prices vary depending on what needs to be done.
    As much as I trust their work (I’ve had Ben mod mine) but keep in mind, pools start at 9am friday so you might not be able to get your stick modded in time. You won’t be the only one after their services.

There’s a good chance more modders will be at Evo this time around than last year…

Indeed but I’m just saying he shouldn’t rely on that as his go-to option. He won’t be the only one going to them saying “I NEED THIS DONE BY 9 AM TOMORROW MORNING!”
