Oh yeah, Chun and Seth’s stomps were about the same weren’t they? I guess maybe it depends on her jump speed/height how useful it is?
I hope Juri has some kind of defense or neutral game going for her. I’d hate for her to feel just like Viper or Chun-Li’s playstyle.

How would you classify viper? Rushdown? Mixup? Like Rufus or Abel? All the characters are distinct right now and there’s no reason to expect Juri will be any different – especially based on what we’ve seen from trailers.
In one vid she does what looks to be a cr.HP. It points upward at a 45 degree angle(maybe higher) and looks like it’ll be a great AA.

I wouldn’t say that’d be broken. There’s already a ton of moves that go through/around fireballs, and some focus attacks get so low to the ground that they avoid pretty much any attack that is higher than the waist. I don’t see how a dash that goes so low that it really looks like it’d go under fireballs would be a problem.
Pretty sure Ibuki’s dash went through fireballs in 3S didn’t it? It went through people…
Of course it would be a problem, many other characters have to focus dash through fireballs which is universal while she doesn’t? Don’t think that would actually be fair. Other common ways to go through fireballs uses EX moves. There are only a few normals and moves that goes through fireballs but there are risk and other flaws associated with them such as blanka’s slide which has bad recovery and cammys backfist move which is slow.
Having a dash that straight out goes through fireballs would be broken - being able to go through fireballs without having to focus and take damage or without using EX.

The command “duck” went through fireballs yes. If juri had a dash that went through projectiles that would just not seem right.

Juri’s dash probably goes under most fireballs, it’s really low to the ground.

Okay…so it’s fine that half the cast can ultra you from midscreen through a fireball, 1/5th of the cast can ultra you from full screen through a fireball, 1/4th of the cast has reasonable ways to get around/over a fireball without getting punished for it for no meter AND I’m pretty sure it’s safe to assume that her counter can make her dash through projectiles anyway, yet a regular dash going under a fireball is broken? What?

I don’t think it’s broken. She’s a rush character with low stamina. The timing will probably be tight and I’m sure you can fireball > FADC > punish if you expect her to do it.
So is focus canceling through a fireball broken on that note? Blanka, Fei, Ryu, etc etc being able to special through fireballs, is that broke? I don’t see it.
