Technically, it’s a tranlsation of part of the interview as according to vasili10, it’s an extended version of the same interview that was published last week.
Given the background of this interview Juri looks to have at least 4 moves…

…a multi angle dive kick… perhaps :qcf:+:k: as well
:qcb:+:k:x3 or “3 the hard way” SFex Tatsumaki’s… seems in the air only and juggles.
uhm… cartwheel kicks… perhaps :hcb:+:k: or :dp:+:k:, but i’m thinking it’s also :qcb:+:k: commanded.
and I suspect… a launcher :dp:+:k: that can also AA
Super makes me think Kim(SNK) meets King(SNK) and seems useful, effective, & low dmg … but then T.Hawk with half a guts system health bar could mean anything.
Ultra all but confirms she is a speedster with pixy dmg and stamina. Likely has 900 stamina… maybe 850 like Gouki.
and that’s my speculations for Juri moveset.
I think she is partially inspired from Psylocke’s convoluted back story… the eye implant anyway.
in terms of her gameplay, Juri reminds me of K’ from the KOF series.
esp the part of the vid in the Ono interview where she follows the projectile in and applies pressure.
Oh man, I think I’ve found a new main, at least a heavily played secondary. I choose my characters based on which ones I enjoy playing rather than their overall effectiveness or tier or whatever, and I’m loving what I’ve seen so far. Something about that crazy edge she has makes me wanna play her.
I’m guessing the Fei-Long part is just that she has a Rekka(though it’s in the air…).

Just want to add that I do appreciate the detail in the middle of her gi pants. They could of just gave her boring ol’ baggy gi pants like the 3s shotos but instead, they went the extra mile to show creativity in their new character. Thanks you Capcom, I have something to look forward at…I…I mean forward to.
Front throw is pulls the opponent down then knees them into the air follow up by a 2 hit kick. From the video her ex dive kick is pretty fast but has wall bounce properities. Also looks like a set up for ex dive, fireball, fadc to ultra.
Juri looks so hype, she’s the only reason I am interested in SSF4 right now. I can’t wait to try her out!
