yes, the pinwheel kicks are FADCable but you got to be hella fast. no juggle tho - useful for throw setups

the longest reaching poke you CAN combo anything after it is her c. MK. i think lk pinwheel is very safe on block (frame advantage?) and her c. MK is fast as lightening.
so i think she has a kind of trap if you cancel the c. MK into LK pinwheel, just like bisons c. LK xx LK scissors trap. any opinions on that?

also if no one has stated it you can combo a c.lp after a lk pinwheel. It feels like a one frame link and you can only do it once but coming from bison pinwheel == the new scissors lol. you catch someone slippin and do a couple of pinwheels and all the sudden they are at half health lol.
also cody’s zonk knuckle seemed like it was beating my dive kick pretty consistently so that might be something to watch out for.

The kick seems to count as a move into itself, I’ve seen people do what I think is cr.mk into fireball startup.
Some very sexy findings here. Darth can you give us a bit more info on that c.lp after lk pinwheel? Can we do something like c.lp x2 xx lk pinwheel -> c.lp s.lp c.mk xx RH pinwheel? Oh and does lk pinwheel force stand on hit?

Ok i’m sold, i was going to main Ibuki but i got turned off from the spam of people playing her in my Country, not that its a problem and someone is more or less going to play Juri but alot less players will play her and i want to be unique and have a unique character so Juri is my main now.
i tried it several times. i think you can’t. i even tried it with turbo.
How does Juri fair up against Balrog? I must have a character who can fuck up Balrog good.
what i got out of it was fairly deep lk.Pinwheel. Link into cr.lp -> mk/hk Pinwheel. I didn’t try anything too fancy because i was just concentrating on pressure.
like i said it feels like a one frame link and turbo doesn’t always hit those, and i’m about 90% certain i hit it. But if you got training mode present please verify.
Can any of you guys that have access to SSF4 confirm that her Dive Kick is TK-able like Cammy’s? I’ve read some conflicting reports.

i was trying to do it last night and couldnt…im a cammy player as well so i dont know why i wouldnt be able to do it…ill try again today
i tried it last night and yeah it’s tough, especially since the motion overlaps with pinwheel so you get pinwheel a lot lol
But why would you need to hit :uf:? I thought it wasn’t like Cammy’s where she needed to be in a forward jump state. Technically, should you be able to pull it off with :qcb::ub:+:k:?
because if you hit :qcb::ub::k: the pinwheel kick will come out occasionally. the timing is VEEEERY strict here, and i see no real use of the TK dive kick… :s
Thanks for the quick responses! Good point D3v. I was thinking about it being like Cammy’s but forgot she needs to be moving forward so there wouldnt be a need to input the U/F motion. That makes things much simpler. I’m really looking forward to picking up Juri. She seems soooo nasty.
