Expected as much for buttslam, that was unpunishable in vanilla as I recall, though if I expected one I just focus’d the second part of it and worked from there. Dash EX pinwheel on blocked Blanka balls? That’s some real good stuff. Expected as much from U1, kinda figured it’d be better against characters with poor defensive options like Rose, Sak, Mak etc.
Having Honda able to go through fireballs seems fair, considering that he can’t EX through them unlike Blanka (and you can still zone Honda out with MK ones.).
Cant dive kick his headbutt? Or ex pinwheel? That sucks. Counter wont work either since headbutt is armor breaking right? I also have a question about her down + fierce stomp. Can you do it really fast after leaving the ground? If so thats pretty badass.
Does anyone know if the Feng shui engine can be used in combos like makotos super?
You mean mash it out in the middle of a combo and continue? If so then I would not know.
I don’t think anyone has managed to link it into a combo. I don’t know if it doesn’t cancel from anything or if it’s startup is too long, but I haven’t seen anyone work it into a combo.
I have a request I’d like to make to all the combo video makers in the Juri commun, can this please be the song?

You can see in the first seconds of the match how he does c.mk xx lk pinwheel as preassure and obviously doesnt get punished for it. I am not saying it is safe up close, as i am sure its not, but you can definetly preassure with it with a max range c.mk xx lk pinwheel, and also about her hit confirms, if you are doing a hit confirm like c.lk > s.lk > cm.mk / c.lk xx lk pinwheel, or the other version of it (the one which whiffs on crouching characters), then the pushback should make it so that you are at the right distance when inputting the lk pinwheel so that it is safe.
Also, if you jumpin and youre only in range for a maxrange c.mk to connect (too far away for the bnb), and your opponent blocks the jump in, you can still throw c.mk lk pinwheel as preassure and youll never get punished for that.
Juri would look pretty cool with a B.Jenet style alt i think.
Yeah. The dress even has a slit so raising her knee is no problemo. 
Correct me if I’m wrong, but it seems back throw sets up some nice jump in mix ups. If that’s the case, it might be a good time to activate FSE after Juri scores a back throw…? Just throwing some ideas out there.
And I read somewhere on this thread that Juri’s jump in stomp beats reversals on wake up. Is this true?
Sort of but not really, I mean if it’s anything like makotos super which has like 0 recovery I was just wondering if you could throw it out after a move with a lot of frame advantage and continue comboing or during a juggle combo or something.
Otherwise it seems pretty useless to me because most ppl will just turtle when you activate it.
Also I was wondering if FADC could be used during to create some really sick combos, can’t wait to try it out.
^ Well,It all depends on what style of Juri you would be. Some will use her for her custom combos with FSE,and others just to link her Ultra for for sure damage. I’m sure someone will find a way to get in quick with Juri in FSE.
She’s got an overhead right? If the person is turtling and doing d/b nonsense you can always do the overhead and if you can combo off the overhead while in FSE then that would be awesome.
I played some Juri at the capcom event here last week. She was mad fun. Looking forward to using her.
