So i got to messing around with some stuff, vs honda headbutt you can stand block a fp one and get one hit lk pinwheel 
thats it. Vs buttslam you can’t do anything but you can beat or trade with c.fp. Vs blanka ball you can dash lk pinwheel or ex pinwheel. Funny thing is blanka cant go over lk fb’s, but honda can. Also lk pinwheel is extremely unsafe vs these characters as thier jabs go so far. U1 doesnt seem as bad as i initially thought, there is a lot of cool tricks to it but vs characters with easy escapes or safe reversals it’s kind of weak like bison sim seth akuma…etc
