JP raptors are essentially Deinonychus…deinonychus was like twice the size of a Velociraptor. 7 feet length vs 14 feet…
Like they’ll change it now… Raptor rolls off the tongue better than Denionychus. (though It’s one of my favorite dinos)

I’ve never really been into the JP franchise, the movie didn’t suck and its not as dumb as the 2nd movie (it does come close at times) so I was pleased. Chris Pratt’s character was boss, I lol’d hard when the kids were cheering for him.
I hated that they used the JP theme right at the beginning it didn’t seem to really fit what was going on screen plus that right needs to be earnt first.
Thought the movie sucked balls. The OG JP stuff was the only interesting thing about this flick, that and Star Lord already type casted harder up the ass than Charlie Chaplin.
Watch JP3 then come back.
