Tired of beating your friends down in fighting games? Think you’re the best player on the block? Ever wondered what it’s like to attend a competitive game tournament? Here’s your chance to prove yourself against the best players TOGaymers has to offer!
DATE: Saturday June 15 at from 2pm-9pm
LOCATION: O’Grady’s at 518 Church St. (Bar and kitchen will be open!)
ENTRY FEE: $5. (This is added to the overall cash prize pot, and allows you to enter all four tournaments.)
TOURNAMENT GAMES (PS3)

Each game will be a double elimination tournament with brackets made on Challonge. One loss moves you to the Loser’s Bracket, and a second loss eliminates you from the tournament. However, one player emerges from the Loser’s Bracket to challenge the top player of the Winner’s Bracket in Grand Finals! Best 2 out of 3 games wins each match. Best 3 out of 5 games wins for Winner’s Finals, Loser’s Finals, and Grand Finals matches.
Controller and arcade sticks will be available, but bring you own if you like.
