The second installment of MCS is finally here to kick off the summer. First of many WI USF4 tournaments. I might update this with a fancier intro, but for now just worry about getting here, leveling up, and making petty cash. Out of state competition ENCOURAGED.

WINNING PAYOUTS:
1st place - 70% of the money pot.
2nd place - 20%
3rd place - 10%
If brackets are smaller than intended a winner take all or 60%, 40% situation will be discussed.

11am - Doors open/signups start
Let me know if you will be late and Ill give a grace period nbd. However if your the last match before the bracket advances you have a 5 minute window to play.
1pm - ULTRA STREET FIGHTER 4 ((ROUND ROBIN))

- Round robin format. Everyone plays everyone in a best of 3 game set. The three players with the best win/loss ratio will advance to finals and play for the top three spots.
- Winner may switch ultras, however not character
2pm - ULTIMATE MARVEL VS. CAPCOM 3

- 3 out of 5 games. Finals are best of 7.
- Standard double elimination
4pm - ARCANA HEART 3: LOVE MAX!!!

- $5 Entry
- 2 out of 3 games. Finals are best of 5
- Standard double elimination
- Winner may switch arcana, however not character.
5pm - KING OF FIGHTERS XIII

- $5 Entry
- 2 out of 3 games. Finals are best of 5

We need SETUPS to make this tourney more efficient. Bringing a console and lagless monitor is highly appreciated. Ill even make sure you get free food/beverage.
