Street Fighter 4 Online Tournament

Entry Fee $5

The way you sign up is you go to justin.tv/competitiveonline go to the about me section click the chip in button put 5 dollars and put your gamer tag or psn and say ps3 or xbox360 for which tourny your joining sorry for the confusion. The prize money will be sent the moment you win the tournament.

Prizes: 1st: 50% 2nd: 20% 3rd: Entry Fee

Double Elimination

Match Settings:
Best out of 3 games
Best out of 3 Rounds, 99 seconds

no character bans

Rules:

  1. Only 2 characters per player (chosen during registration)

  2. You only have 15 min to make it to your schedueled match if missed you are disqualified.

  3. Disconnects
    A. If a single player disconnects that player forfeits that game but still has a chance for the best of 3 example (player A dcs game 1 takes loss but wins game 2 and 3 player A advances.)
    B. If both players disconnect first time it will be redone second time it will be treated same as a timeout in game both players get a win and the next round is the final match.

  4. The player with the best connection hosts the match

  5. Every win and loss must be posted on the jtv chat room to make it easier on the mods.

  6. Lets keep the trash talk to a minimum while its not a big thing we dont need people talking down to lesser skilled players multiple warnings can result in disqualification.

  7. Every win should have a picture taken by both players for proof of winning just to stop the fear of people lieing. Camera phones ect are fine i will put up an email on here specifically for the pictures to be sent to.

  8. All players must be on the justin.tv/competitiveonline channel to report their wins or losses.

We will be meeting in the jtv channel justin.tv/competitiveonline at 7:30 pm eastern time and the first game will take place at 8:00 pm.

2 different tournaments one for PS3 and one for Xbox 360 same day same time same channel.

P.S. If anyone registers and something comes up that stops you from joining the tourny sickness, real life problems ect the money will be refunded. As long as its reported 3 hours before the tournament so i can make correct adjustments to roster and fill your spot.

Hey wolfy, I signed up for the PS3 tournament yesterday after I saw this topic here on srk. I followed the instructions and chipped in the 5$. My psn is ELite-Zeus i included that information in my payment. Hopefully everything goes alright, i’ll be in the justintv room tomorrow.

I dont know off the top of my head but we need to have it a bit more organized for 2v2. So many people didnt read the rules last time. I will def post it when we make a date on both the website the channel and on here.
