Hello, my name is Romeo. I am this tournament’s organizer. If you have any questions/comments, feel free to ask. Please post if you intend on entering; I like to get a general headcount to get a better idea of what I’m handling.

REMINDER - Under all circumstances, please do NOT bring outside food and drink inside. Finish it outside the venue before you come in. One of the owners has respectfully voiced her concerns about this, so let’s try to cater to our hosts’ concerns. If I see you with outside food or drink inside the venue, I will ask you to go outside and finish whatever you’re eating or drinking. Please remind your fellow players as well. Thank you.

Hey Jay - no MK love. I want to keep it AE and MVC3, and adding a third game to the mix might cause some logistical problems for me. I’m not the most efficient TO, and I already have trouble sometimes wrapping up before closing time for two games.

While people do bring the systems, we need to be sure everyone has the necessary downloads. There was a minor issue with one station lacking Jill and Shuma when one player needed one of em.

With AE nearing and being close to the date, that needs to be downloaded right away. If there are just four stations for example, it shouldn’t be hard. Please reply ASAP.

I’ll get on that for my own PS3. Thanks for the reminder, as I have to ask for AE as well. But…

There seems to be more 360 players lately. What it comes down to, though, is the more dominant console + stick base of our area.

If you have a PS3 you can bring for tournaments and a PS3 stick or two to provide for tournament, please post. Also indicate if you have MVC3, DLC characters, and are planning to get AE by the time this tournament occurs.

PlayStation Store is still down and if it obstructs the PlayStation Network release of AE as well as the tournament date (which occurs on the same week), consoles might have to switch to Xbox 360 setups. In case if it does happen, I want all PlayStation 3 setups being MAHVEL focused (PLEASE have Shuma and Jill if you can) while Xbox 360 setups be AE ran. I think I am being redundant.

Also please post if you are bringing a setup before E3/AE/tournament week as a precaution.
