The tournament start at 7 pm EDT. Late entry may be permitted if notice is given prior to start of event at which point you will be entered into the pool before tournament start. If the tournament starts and you are not ready or available for your match, you will get a loss for that round/match and the tournament will continue. Please note that when you arrive late, you must pay before you are told where you are in the standings of the brackets because you may have been put into loser’s bracket, acquired multiple losses or even have been eliminated already. This may seem unfair if you were already disqualified, but the tournament was structured with you in the brackets and this directly changes the outcome for players and the following participants should still be eligible for your entry fee.
