i normally go into the match thinking the opponent is at my level regardless of points.
But there is one character i want to comment on.

I haven’t really being playing much lately but from what I recall:
Scrub Ryu: REALLY? How original! Oh, excuse while I block when I knock down as you will more often than not do a wake up SRK.
GOOD Ryu: Er… damn, I can’t jump. 
Ken: Same as up Ryu
Gen: Argh! More often than not, someone playing Gen knows what they are doing. Good thing I’ve played a local Gen player enough to know the basics of the match up.
Blanka: We should all agree to ban him from online play
Sagat: Fireball city, Juri can absorb that stuff with her fireball stores, you know.
Honda: Ugh, CAN’T.DO.ANYTHING.
Dan: Either this guy is trolling or actually knows what they are doing. I hate losing to Dan but if I do, I usually send the other person a message of respect
T.Hawk: Normally free, Juri’s zoning completely wrecks T.Hawk’s ability to get in, have to for watch for ex-condo dive in Ae2012, though.
Bison: My secondary so I know a lot about the match up, a good one will still wreck me, though, especially if its a mirror

Evil Ryu: Usually a scrub
Oni: Usually a scrub
Yun: AE tier whore, non existent in 2012. Lost to very few Yuns in AE
Yang: same as Yun
Fei Long: Annoying but I know how to deal with the match up
Juri: Either a dive mad scrub or knows what they are doing
Cammy: That Spiral arrow is extremely unsafe on block, you know ( more unsafe than a blocked Dive Kick from Juri, imo. ) Treat her wake up like I would treat a scrub Ryu
Rose: I can block, those orbs, you know
Chun-Li: stupid ex-lighting legs in U2, Y U so easy!?
Seth: Either incredibly bad or incredibly good. Already respected the character before Poongko came along.
Guile: Not as bad as Super, Juri can parry his SBs and I feel Ultra 1 is going to be a godsend in this match up in AE2012
Ibuiki: Guessing game on what way to block on wake up if I get knocked down. Not so bad if you know what you are doing.
Sakura: DO NOT MAKE A MISTAKE IN THIS MATCH UP

I usually try to judge by BP and PP but then again, I’v often gotten my assed kicked by 0bp 0pp players and beaten players with twice the BP that I have ( I remember beating a 10k+ PP Rose in Super when I had less than 5k PP with Juri )
he/she can be using different Character so the PP drop. It happen to me all the time but when I switch back to my main I can Double the point in no time.
Hmm…I never thought about it that way. I should have looked more closely at the changes she received. Still, whatever the case, I think that Makoto is fine. A very well-balanced character in my opinion. Don’t know why Capcom made her so weak* in Super…
Oh, and another stereo-type of mine:
El Fuerte - He’s going to do NOTHING but Tostado Press and I’m still going to block wrong because I’m waiting for him to finally switch to slide. Then when he does switch to slide I’m going to be blocking for the press. ARRGGGHHHHH!!!:mad:
*I say weak because that was the general consensus back in Super if I’m not mistaken. I didn’t think she was that weak in Super…I just think that I didn’t encounter any players that actually tried to use her.
Well, I try my hardest not to look at points at the start of a match, and have points turned off in fight.
And I don’t think I judge any characters really, but I hate fighting Gen, Adon and grapplers.
I don’t think I judge the players though. I always take it as serious as possible, especially if it’s the first time facing them.

I like when I see that. It says that the opponent isn’t afraid to try out new characters, and that they don’t take the points system too seriously.
There r characters I fear because people who use them tend to be gd and there r characters that I fear simply because they are BS.

Points I dont really tend to look at that much
I usually get kinda apprehensive fighting anyone TBH.
I usually get nervous when I play Zangief, T.Hawk, Vega, Bison and Cody players.
Because most of the time, especially with Bison, you know they’ll try to headstomp you to death, or they wait and bicycle kick you over and over. (That’s what I get anyway)
Ryu players usually when in crisis health mode what I’ve experienced try to go into the midair Midpunch into Ultra1, and that annoys me a lot.
Ken players usually flame shoryuken spam all the time knowing it cancels your combo your in the middle of.
Akuma players hadouken in midair and then heavy kick on the ground all the time. Into the light spinning kick into uppercut generic combo.** (I have no problem with Akuma just that really annoys me)**
(These charecters I hate playing the most because the game kinda drags on and I eventually get bored :bluu:)
Most of these people know that Cammy likes to fight close (That’s what I do) and they tend to run away and just counter everything, I know that’s kinda the point but when they don’t even bother to fight in general, that’s just boring.
