Joystick input problems

Hey guys,

Recently my arcade stick, the EVO fight stick fightstick pro, has been having input problems. If I hold a direction it will stick for a short period of time and if i press a direction rapidly it will come in as one direction. For example, with Abel I will spam dash after step kick and not get a cancel into the dash, but he will walk forward if I continue spamming dash input. I’ve replaced the joystick and the problem persists, is there anything I can do to salvage the stick?

check if the input is set to DP on the control panel. sometimes players slide to to LS accidentally and get wonky inputs
