I did that and nothing. I know my controller is fine because it works perfect on my PS4, and I can play other games on my PC natively. So the controller itself isn’t the issue, and I know for a fact I had no issues with my DS4 before patch 1.05. I gave up trying to get my arcade stick to work on PC, it doesn’t matter what program I use if my PC simply isn’t detecting input through any of my newer USB ports. It shows up as USB Stick 8838 but when you go to Settings and hit the Test tab, there’s no input being registered.
EDIT: Got my DS4 working through x360ce, but not through SF5DInput. As for my arcade stick, still have the same issue.
Yeah I’m not sure where the problem lies at. I ran Xoutput 0.11 a couple of days ago (to test someone talking about dropped inputs) on my Brook UFB in PS4 mode and it worked perfectly with no issues and no dropped inputs. Then when I checked, he had X360CE DLL’s or something in the folder. When those were removed and Xoutput was run, no problems.
Use Xoutput 0.11 for the second time. Hell, I said use it many times already, and you are complaining about SF5Dinput…
Xoutput 0.11 drops NO inputs. Just tested it extensively two days ago. No input lag compared to raw xinput (Xbox 360 controller) either…
Just posting to say that XOutput finally got my Qanba PS3 stick to work with SFV. SF5Dinput, x360ce, and joy2key all didn’t work for me. No noticeable input lag as well. Thanks SO much for this, man.
I can’t seem to get it to work with my PS3 TE stick on Windows 10. It’s like the stick inputs are just not being read/seen at all, even though the PC itself recognizes the stick when I plug it in it just doesn’t read the inputs. Any help? Or shall I just revert back to WIndows 7? I’m so frustrated.
This is fine work. Earlier builds didn’t work for me, though the most recent release combined with the altered DLL linked by Los did the trick. Confirmed a-OK for the Xbox 360 version of the Hori VLX Premium stick on Windows 7 x64.
This definitely has less input lag than x360 as I found myself ever so slightly having to alter some timings, though I consider that a good thing.
Thank you very much Dantarion (and Los for the altered DLL link!).
