Unlikely, Part 3 is longer than Parts 1 & 2 combined, so it could be: extremely fast paced 26 episodes, 26 eps with lots of material cut, an extended 26+x season, two standard 26 episodes-long seasons with a break between them or, most unlikely considering today’s anime market, a 52 episodes long season.
Wait… Part 1 and 2 were made with a low budget? I honestly could not tell lol

Oh wow, I’m late to the party lol. I knew Part 3 was bound to be animated, it was just a matter of when really. My brother’s been DYING for this news since Part 3’s his favourite part. December 22 can’t come soon enough.
Usually I only hear Part III being a favorite if they literally haven’t read any of the other Jojo’s. Or just play the fighters. But if he legit likes it knowing all the rest then cool.
Part III should be better animated than on paper, since the whole concept of Part III just works in a 30-min format. Jotaro and gang try to find Dio, Jotaro and friends find a new Stand user instead, cue wacky battle where not everyone is present, Jotaro and friends learn a life lesson and move forward with the search for Dio. Rinse and repeat about sixty times.
