I can’t seem to find JojoProject’s version but I’ve found The Invincible Trio’s re-ups. Wonder why they’re redoing part 5? I can’t seem to remember anything being wrong with it.

Apparently, the raw’s out and it covers the first 5 chapters, can’t find it right now though. As for subbing, people’re saying two groups plan to sub it(GG and Commie, those are the names they’re saying/abbreviating, not exactly in the know when it comes to fansubs though.)

*JoJo Project is only redoing part 5. If you wondering why it’s because the old translations isn’t accurate enough. Invincible Trio is handling Duwang is unbreakable and they’re up to volume 12 I believe. *

Watched it raw, and indeed, they crammed a lot of events into the first episode, perhaps to the its detriment. Highlights for me were:

  1. Dio coming out of the carriage(you’ll see why if you haven’t already.)

  2. Dio laying out Danny the dog with a kick and leaving him twitching on the ground, holy shit lol.

  3. Johnathan laying the smack down and Dio crying like a baby. Oh, and I’m digging the ending theme. Next ep’s covering college Dio and Johnathan, so yeah, things are moving at a pretty quick pace.

Those early chapters move at a brisk pace anyway.

First episode was great. I am excited as hell for more. It’s wonderful to watch with amazing color. The inside of Dios Yellow Jacket yo. That ending theme is great to.

What media players are you guys using to watch? My DivX player makes the screen all pixelated for some reason and I can’t get the subtitles to show in Windows Media Player :/.

Get cccp and mpchc. After that you’re good to go with whatever fansubs can throw at you.

I’m using a VLC Media player for my vids.

And LOL, I still can’t get over how much of a prick Dio is. Jonathan’s a real nice guy to be able to have put up with his shit for so long without doing anything, 5 seconds in, I’d have slipped some poison in that mofo’s tea or something.

Dio already got his PHD for being a douche ever since he was 12.

Enjoyed the 1st episode despite the pace being a little bit fast. They skipped the stone mask intro, but I guess they’ll probably go back to it later

Promos showed a bit of that part, I believe it’s gonna be just as awesome as it was in the manga, if not moreso. Voice actor(Koyasu) delivered the line really well too.
