hell yeah a Jojo thread! i have read most of the series completely out of order lol. i have read chapters 1,3,5,6. currently reading 4 and 8. once i finish 4 i will start 2. right now i would stardust crusaders and vento aureo are my favorites. chapter 4 seems like one long filler arc to me.
where is a good spot to watch the anime? all i keep finding are broken links
I’ve been told Chapter 4 is pretty eh until a certain point. To me it felt like the creator was burned out after 3 and just kind of coasted through 4, still I look forward to reading it eventually.
I need to finish SC and SBR soonish, been distracted by PS3 games and comics.

It has some pretty damn good fights, and the main villain is fantastic, so I would. i wouldn’t say Araki coasted, he just took a different approach from part 3 IMO.

I had a thought yesterday about Giorno. do you guys think it is possible that he somehow survived the universe reset with his memories and stand intact? Golden experience requiem has the power to return any previous action back to its original state. so i figured since he can make someone experience a endless loop of death then Giorno’s stand might have been able to preserve him in the next universe.

Might want to use a spoiler tag. It’s been a common theory, though I don’t think he did personally, if it returned it back to it’s original state, than he wouldn’t have survived Stairway to Heaven, he would have reverted it back to zero and negated it entirely, and the reset wouldn’t have happened. Since it didn’t I believe that either a) Stairway to Heaven superseded GER or b) GER was temporary and was no longer active with the reset. Of course I could be wrong but that is my view on it.

Lisa Lisa’s introduction was as fabulous as everything else in the series; so that was pretty good. The Hell Climb Pillar sequence got the tension down thanks to the music and the voice acting. Really good stuff; and that was just the training episode!
