Random question that’s been bugging me about the Joestar birthmark for those who have read at least past Part 4: Diamond is Unbreakable:

Does Josuke Higashikata (Crazy Diamond user) have the Joestar birthmark?
I don’t recall it explicitly shown, and seeing as how he’s Joseph Joestar’s child, I don’t see why he wouldn’t have it, but I can’t find a 100% confirmation. Any searches that I try to do always point me to the Jojolion version of “Josuke Higashikata”…

You know that pose Jonathan (or was it Joseph) does when makes his shoulder lean to the side and covers his face? Well, it’s the same pose Dio does when he’s seen in the photograph in part 3. Do Jojo’s pose in the mirror, then turn 90 degrees and you’ll see.
Also, URREEEEYYYY in the anime isn’t as good as the WRRRYYYYY in the arcade game. Aaaand one more thing, Dio looks fierce in the anime while in the manga he looks beautifully evil, and very evil though I sound overly critical…
so cant wait for this to come out i hope iggy and mariah are in it

Cant start off saturday right without some JoJo!!!
Why does this show keep getting better and better? When I read the manga, I liked it, but the anime’s making me more of a fan of Part 1! And yeah, 100 Crack Ripple of the North Star was amazing.
Poco’s sick too, the kid went from pissing his pants to risking his hide to help out Jojo. That’s what a loving sisterly slap does to you lol.
By all rights, this show(and the manga) is ridiculous. Cheesy, camp, over-the-top. But it’s so fucking good! I don’t really understand how the creator manages to put all this crazy shit in Jojo and make it work lol.
It’s prob cuz of the art. It isn’t some shitty moe crappy shounen piece of shit, etc…
God, making a pure fighter of the entire Jojo cast would be sick with Jonathan’s multiple drives (g1 characters would probably have to do more damage or fast healing or something as a trade-off for not having Stands) would just be sick.
Damn, this is so good. That was probably the best episode yet.

Yeah, the art’s one of the draws of this show and it becomes really distinct in later parts(possibly to people’s displeasure.) Funnily enough, I don’t have a problem with “moe”-art-styles for some reason, and I like anime/manga like Fist of the North Star, Baki, Garouden and so on.
And speaking of an entire Jojo cast fighting game, I’m hoping Jojo All Stars will be a decent fighting game.
JOJO All Stars definitely has the potential to be a good fighter, only time will tell I suppose.
Just watched episode 6, t’was awesome as expected though I thought they would’ve covered a couple more chapters, but looking at the episode it may have felt rushed if anymore were covered.

Even if Jojo All Stars doesn’t end being “competitive”, the fanservice alone(characters from different parts of Jojo, the small references and faithfulness) guarantees that I’ll get the game and enjoy it.

Yup, another solid episode. They even managed to throw in Zepelli’s backstory meeting Tompetti and Poco’s. Bruford’s (honorable) passing away and the action sequences were translated into animated form fairly well. So far, so good - and gives good hope in how Battle Tendency is going to be!
