nah, not really. raou and souther are really the only characters of note.
Dio Brando kissing Erina is one of the most DIABOLICAL things a villain has ever done in ANY work of fiction. Think about itâŚ
Not only did he STEAL Erinaâs first kiss, by doing so, he robbed Jonathan of HIS first kiss! With but a single dick move, he completely deprived two young people in love of the most special moment they would ever have had.
Cold-blooded is not even the right term to describe what Dio did with that kiss.
She was a fuckin boss by washing her mouth out with muddy water tho.
I hope they release the OVA series on bluray soon to cash in on the hype. I didnât really care for the first half, digital animation looked so blurry and bland. But the second half, especially the Darby/Dio episodes are top tier stuff. I even liked the dub, Dio sounds exactly like Wesker.

They better up the glam to obscene levels for part 2. Peter Chung would be a great fit to direct the really out there glam poses
Donât forget how Erina didnât even flinch when she clearly saw Dioâs pimp hand incoming. That was pretty damn hardcore in itâs own way. Hell, she earns points for getting under Dioâs skin before any member of the Joestar family did. On a side note, in the manga, Dio actually shows remorse for slapping her, while still cursing her for getting him worked up enough to do so. In the anime, the realization that he went too far is merely implied for a brief moment.
Of all the horrible things Dio has done, going upside a femaleâs head in a fit of rage is the one thing Dio EVER regrets doing.

Itâs a down to whoâs a bigger badass big bad. Dio can stop ZA WARUDO, but Raoh died by sending his soul to the sky to clear out the nuclear winter - how manly is that.
It was about antagonists as a whole tho, not one single one.

Doesnât look half-bad actually, but everyone seems to hate it(including Araki) for various reasons, most of which seem minor, but then again, I havenât seen the rest(and most likely, never will).

I managed to catch up on all the Jojolion out so far. It does remind me of part 4 with itâs whole setup, it just seemed that part 4 had a more interesting hook at the beginning since they tied it in with the previous Jojo protagonists right off the bat. I would like to see the antagonists in this arc, because the Jojo arcs usually start picking up steam once they know they have some people to fight against (Though part 4 and 5 needed to pick up steam in that regard, but the other parts besides maybe part 7 you had an idea of an antagonistic group/person near the beginning).
I think Jojolion does that too by using the names of the characters in the previous part 4. I like how that plays with your perception of the character based on who they were in the previous universe. On top of the mysteries of the setting that it establishes right up front.
It hooked me from the beginning. Probably has one of the more interesting openings of a jojo part from my perspective

Like crotchpuncha said itâs more about a whole and I find JoJoâs is amazing for the quality of the villains despite having such a large cast of villains. Plus IMO Dio wins the BA competition by virtue of [details=Spoiler] Raptor Dio [/details]
There is a reason for that though, despite the other guy being a bigger threat, Raoh is just more liked. Which is a credit to Raoh more than a dig at the other guy. Personally I was always more of a Souther fan, but Iâm a sucker for the Egyptian motif.
FotNS should have ended after Raoh died.
Raoh would be more comparable to Bruford. Dio is more like Amiba except Dio is charismatic. I feel FotNS should have concluded with Ken or the world finding peace, you know, that feeling when the soldier is coming or the fighting is over. Kinda like the feeling conveyed in the song âCloud Smilesâ. Or perhaps the whole Raohâs son should have been omitted and should have gone straight to the Bat arc.
this [details=Spoiler] after Ken beat Raoh and everyone, even the bandits were working together to re-build the world, and Ken walked off with Yuria, I feel like this was **the â**properâ ending to the series.
Jojo vs. Brufordâs gonna be pretty epic. Kenshiro vs. Souther was pretty epic. He was pretty beat up then he is like âShu is calling meeee!!! OOOOAAAAHH!!â and I like how his wounds heal. Just like the time when Souther gets hit with Tenha Kassatsu, he gets all like âI am the emperor! I do not retreat! I do not back down! OOOAAAAHâ and his wounds heal.
