For me, pretty much the entire cast is in the middle, with a very small noticeable top/bottom tier
S: Avdol (only because of Leebee’s taunt combo), PB Dio, Joesph, Fugo
Mid: Everyone else, where they should be. If they made no changes to these guys I’d be pretty happy.
Poop: Akira, Hermes, Iggy, Rohan
And honestly, every day that passes makes me less and less afraid of PB Dio, just because people are exploiting different ways to punish SJ.
I’m willing to move Jolyne when I see Leebee’s multi taunt combo, it sounds retarded on paper but I couldn’t replicate it (I… didn’t try particularly hard, lol). Her particular brand of mid/low mixup in Stand On is so overwhelming IMO, and Stand Off is like, the best Barrier-type zoner (barrier/low string/switch to Stand On C-OraOra) so if taunt combos give her the damage she had before, that’d be bonkers.
Hermes I feel like I covered pretty well. She just needs a lot of little adjustments and/or more damage.
Akira, literately his only change needed is that he needs electricity gauge to work differently. Either buff how much gauge you build with the charge, or let his level 1 give overcharge when you are not currently charged. Overcharged Akira is crazy good. Undercharged Akira is unoiled Ha… you know what, Akira is just Hakan. Period. Except you work even harder for Oil/Gauge.
I don’t know how you’d balance Iggy, lol. give him a little more health? 
Rohan I covered before. I still haven’t had a chance to test his reverse taunt vs. taunt combos (I played last night offline and totally forgot to test it, aaah) so if that does some cool stuff like screw up other people’s taunt combos, I will absolutely move him up to mid tier.
Fatty is awesome. Defense stance is kind of useless unfortunately just because it seems like the all-block stance isn’t active from frame one, but offense stance literately does everything you want. Taunt combo gives him level 1 combo damage of 340-350, he has really good zoning, he has a command grab that let’s him do like… A-command grab > summon harvest > hold up forward, and it gives him the perfect range for j.C/2A mixup, timing let’s him block shoryu stuff if he dosen’t press any buttons, and that particular setup leaves him with 3 harvest to do his big bnb off of a hitconfirm, his hitbox is small, J.C is hilariously good, 5BC/2C is good, he builds really good meter, his level 2 is legit… he’s a solid mid for sure
