ok this is my question, I tried to find the answer on other threads but haven’t been able to.
I just recently bought a hori real arcade pro ex fight stick with a JLF-TM joystick and I’m trying to swap out the stick and put in a LS-32-01.
I talked to chad at Lizard Lick and he said all I have to do is cut the wires connecting the JLF and splice the LS-32 5-pin harness and I should be all set. I get that part.
My question is that because the wires connecting the JLF to the PCB are all gray and not color coded, I dont know which wires to splice to the color coded wires on the 5-pin harness.
Not all correct.
Chad did not tell you that the HRAP EX is non-Common Ground.
That means you would have to cut the Traces of the LS-32-01 PCB.
Doing to to separate the Grounds of the Microswitches.
Only then can you solder or splice like he said to.
You should save yourself some money and frustration and just put in a regular LS-32. No PCB to mess around with, just take a pic of the wiring for the JLF and wire it up like that. :cybot:
